Watch your bank accounts!!!! They will charge you $30.00 over your quoted balance on your receipt. I will NEVER shop here again and make sure everyone I know is aware of their faulty business practices, as well as the BBB! Update: I went back and they admitted their mistake and “processed a return” so far I still haven’t received my money back.
I would give it a 3.9 or something, they try to get you in and out as soon as possible which can be nice, but they just have a bit of a rude vibe (especially if ur black) they kinda assume you're going to steal. They're nice, though, and do their jobs well. The store also has every product you could use for your hair, as well as other good things. I plan on going there whenever I need future hair products.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a total ripoff. They claim that their human hair wigs are human hair, they are not! I paid over 200 and it fell apart in one month! My daughter has tricholtilomania. I told them this and they were super nice until I tries to take the wig back. They became super rude and said that they didn’t remember me. Anyway stay away and go somewhere else where the business is honest.
This place has kinda gone downhill. There used to be two women who worked there and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was in there it is was only three men. None of them know anything about hair/hair products and get irritated when you ask them questions. They also tried to kick me out of the store early. Talking about we close in 2 minutes when they didn’t close until 7:30pm and it was only 7:12pm. If you’re in a bind, B and B will do, but there are far better places to get hair from, including Hair Joy, and there’s online stores now that sell a lot of products for cheaper. I won’t be back.
This location usually has everything I need. The associates are very helpful. I appreciate that they let you know shipment dates if the item you're looking for isn't available ????
The lady on the front desk had an attitude ,I was looking at a edge gel that she had in the counter outside.. she wanted to charge me for looking at a product

My experience at this establishment was horrible. They do not provide customer service and are blatantly racist to the black community. When I walked in I asked for help finding items, the mans response immediately was I don’t have that. I asked him do you have something comparable that I can purchase since I drove 30 minutes and wanted to purchase what I needed. Him or the women at the counter not once left the the register to help, when it was clear I was struggling to find what I needed. I have never been treated the way I was treated last night by a business I plan on buying from. He clearly does not like black people as I witnessed him being rude to another black customer that came in after me. I highly recommend that you save your money and go to another establishment that values our money. I did not mention earlier when I called out his service he literally started screaming at me. I will never be back here I recently moved from Ohio and this is the first experience of racism I’ve had which is unfortunate it was from another minority group. IT IS NOT OKAY TO OPEN A BUSINESS IN A COMMUNITY WHERE YOU DONT EVEN LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS
I popped into B&B Beauty Supply after a more local beauty supply did not have what my wife and I were looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised! ????
The store had a great variety of hair at affordable prices ???????????? & the store was very clean and organized. It was awesome to see they have a nice selection of jewelry too, stud/hoop earring & facial jewelry all nickel/lead/fade free certified & reasonably priced - the 2 pair of gold studs I purchased are beautiful quality pieces in comparison to what I've seen in some beauty shops! Not to mention I was on the hunt for some Wahl clippers, which seem to be hard to find in stores these days, so I was happy to see they had a counter display with some great choices - I came up on a 5 star series Wahl set clipper & trimmer under $130????????????????. The staff here were attentive, helpful and friendly & I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience, B&B will be my go to beauty supply from here on out, thank you!
