I have been using B&B for 35+ years and have found their expertise, professionalism and honesty outstanding. I trust them with my car and my safety without reservation.
I have been going here my entire adult life. They don’t overcharge or try sell you on things that don’t need to be done. My impression is they just want your car to be safe and work correctly. They are honest, which is the number on thing I look for in auto repair.
I had brakes done overcharged, by what others have told me a month and a half later struts went I was told by others. They should’ve known about the struts when they did the brakes. I think I was ripped off they were nice people but I wouldn’t go back.
A knowledgeable and friendly place to take your car if repairs are needed.
Mechanics are legends. My car broke and they fixed it the same day. They're reliable, and they do a damn good iob.

Shout out to Mark and the gang at BnB Auto. I’ve never felt in more capable, non-swindler, no-ripoff mechanic hands than with Mark. Had transmission issues, dealership told me I needed a new transmission. Saw Mark (been a customer for a while) and he sent me to another reputable place (Trans-Medic in Salem NH), they told me exactly what was wrong and I didn’t need a new transmission (yay!) Mark and team fixed it, put my new tires on and turned it around for me”, fast! What would’ve cost me $10k at the dealer for only a transmission without fixing the problem at all, cost more than half less even with the rentals, and I cannot thank them enough for their honesty and help! As a female, that’s gold! Thank you Mark!!!
