When I first went there the owner gave the impression that he was trustworthy. I took my Honda Accord to him and it was never ready went I went to pick it up. He is not organized , he does not believe in invoices and his men tell him how much he should charge me.he changed ( he said) a condenser for ac. He charged me a whole lot and my ac was not fixed, i went back
He said my car needed motor mounts , but he never fixed the sound For which I took my honda
To him. 700.00 . He changed my brakes shoes with out my permission , never let me know that i needed them . He told me when i went to pick up m car that he had changed my brakes and of course i paid. Then I took my Murano for check engine light and I came out 1150.00 short. He never showed me the old parts . He told me lastly after he got the money that the suv still needed a sensor and the exhaust shield “ Said iam going to junkyard to get it “ i callyou so u can bring it back, he never called me which indicates to me that he is not interested and dones not care for the good operation of my car.
I never ask him if he got the part, i took my car for a second opinion , and Michael said I do not need a shield ir the sensor.
Aztek is dishonest , unprofessional and charge for parts that they fix but not new, ir for parts that say are needed . Just to charge me. This is crook! I will never recommend him to my friends or coworkers , i will discourage people to go there. He dies not value his customers . I left a lot of my money there all in good faith . Sorry that I trusted him.
The owner of the company is a nice guy and the ppl r friendly. The pricing here is good
