If I could give no stars I would. If you are looking for a Dr look elsewhere. Would rather die then have to go back. Receptionist is one rude lady! Still waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time. Never received my blood work. Could not diagnose me. Said they sent refruls had to continue calling and asking them to do so. Also got asked repeatedly about a 40$ COVID test that was supposed to be free. Also had to stand in reception area due to finding bed bugs in the chairs. Kept sending me messages for Olympic for the weight loss.
I attended an appointment with my mother recently. After learning that we had mistakenly arrived at the wrong location, the front desk staff at this location accommodated us anyway and made sure that my mother was seen, as it was imperative that she was seen that day. During the appointment, the doctor provided her with more help and information than she has received in almost 10 years from another (unaffiliated) facility. They also had a prayer request box and printouts with scriptures in the waiting room that were free to take home. I am SO grateful for everyone at this facility, they have helped us more than they know and I finally feel like my mother will receive the proper healthcare that she needs!
Everyone at this facility is amazing. They are so accommodating and understanding. Lacy is amazing. She listened and for once my concerns were heard. If you need a new doctor, I highly recommend her or anyone there. I would give more stars if I could!
I wouldn’t go anywhere else , Not only is the staff Friendly and knowledgeable. You just feel peace When you walk through the doors. I love that the mission is not just treat our body but also our mind & spirit. I love that they have a chaplain on staff for patients.
I love that Axis Healthcare believes in providing more than just medicine! Axis understand that in order to truly heal the body, we need to treat more than just symptoms and if you just focus on the physical… while ignoring the mental… emotional and spiritual aspects of how God created us… then we are out of balance! Axis truly gets this! I love how the staff at each clinic willingly prays with me, while providing exceptional care! They are our primary providers as well as my weight loss experts! Highly recommend!!
Had my appointment with Lacy today, and was very happy with the way things turned out not only was she very understanding she took time on the appointment and wasn’t rushing to get me off the zoom call. It was my first appointment with her. My needs were seen to got all my refills .very happy I will definitely be sticking around for future appointments .
I went in for my first appointment the other day. The environment was clean and inviting and I loved the Christian music being played quietly in the background. The office staff and nurse were kind and friendly. The NP, Jackelyn, listened and addressed all of my concerns. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
This is a great place to be a part of. I can always get in at a reasonably fast time. The staff from the front office till the time with the doctor all are very kind and helpful. They take the time you need to answer all questions, never have I felt rushed or have I left without being satisfied with my outcome. I would reckamen to anyone looking for a health care provider and I have.
