This place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I have called every single day for the past week to try to make in an appointment. I have left a message or two each day and still no answer. I ended up in the emergency room because IThis place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I ended up in the emergency room because I cannot get a hold of my primary care doctor. I will not be using this place anymore and I highly advise anybody who is considering using this place to look elsewhere. There are a lot better options in places they can fit you in their schedule and answer and return phone calls with medical conditions.
I tried to make appmt for years to remove a tooth ..they are right down the street frm ME They never answer the phones like what type of Dr make u leave a message for a APPOINTMENT anyway ? then they never call back or purposely send u to the VM This place should be shut down for Patient neglect cz im sure the Managers are aware of wats going on and they allow their Lazy staff to do it! This office is fairly new at that and look how they treat their Patients i would not recommend and dont let them play in ur mouth !!????
This isn't a legitimate healthcare facility. I called on Monday and asked for the earliest possible appointment for eye health because I need a full eyecare exam for an urgent issue. Their rep told me I was scheduled for Thurs 3pm. When I arrived, I was told that I'm "not even in their system." And their optometrist only works on Mon and Wed.
I felt like they took one look at me and decided they didn't want to serve me.
Medicaid Discrimination.
Or, it could be front for drug activity. Calling my insurer and medical board to complain. What a completely disrespectful waste of my time, lost wages, and medical transport.
Dr Jenna did not fully disclose all side effects of the medication Lisinopril, I was only told a little swelling of the lip but I was hospitalized with a swollen face and told by the doctors and nurses at the hospital that I had to be admitted because of possibly swelling of the throat and toungh that could kill me do to suffocating, I was told by Dr Jenna initially only a little swelling of the lip and high risk of the lip because of my African American heritage, I emailed the administrator but has not been contacted back.
bad service I took my son for a check-up, and the black doctor only talked about the study, he did nothing or nothing for the pain, we just wasted time and he called us immigrants, without knowing that we are American citizens, that doctor treated us badly, I asked for some vitamins for my son and he said he doesn't need bad service, and if they charged for the insurance !!!with koyejo Oyerinde bad doctor!!! He didn't just talk about school for my son and I am not an immigrant, I pay my taxes every year!!!
Called and spoke to someone to schedule a general checkup. They told me the next available date and I had to quickly check with my work before confirming the appointment. I called back less than 10 minutes later to confirm the appointment and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail requesting we confirm that appointment and didn't hear back. Called and left voicemails the following 2 business days and never received a call back. Their voicemail box says they'll return your call within 24 hours, which is a blatant lie. I was FINALLY able to get through to someone to schedule an appointment and they seemed fully unbothered that I had to leave multiple messages and still call back to schedule my appointment. I am only keeping this appointment at this facility as I need to be seen before the end of the year. After that I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the terrible service.
Doctor Moreno is the best doctor ever.The wait is never long and I'm always smiling when I leave. She actually listens to me and it makes me feel like I finally have a doctor that understands. Thank you so much.
I'm very happy with my new primary care doctor from here. As anyone else, I have had to wait a while to get in to see him, but once there the process is very smooth and thorough. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is they don't include Sublocade in their MAT treatment program.
