I brought a car in for another opinion with a host of specected problems (identified by a dealership) and come to find out that there were actually no problems that needed addressing, due to the car's age and mileage were normal, nothing serious. Thanks for being honest!
Second to none when it came to my warranty issue! 2015 Jeep Wrangler had problems right out the gate. After taking it to a price gouging shop, and getting a far out figure for repair, Axels was able to intercept the warranty payment and get me fixed up with the approved warranty amount. The quote from the previous shop was $8,000 more than what these gentleman were able to do with their machine work.
They are affiliated with the auto dealer across the street, Victory Motors. When I purchased a car there it was taken to Axel's for a wiper system repair. I had to pay VM for the repair Before taking possession. I was told I got a "dealer discount" for the work, which apparently was just hoses. It cost $85. It is broken and leaking still. I have no confidence to take it back there, and I question their convenient arrangement to get more money from customers!
