I will not use AWA again. My parts are hideous. I normally don’t complain, but for $250 this was unacceptable. I went back and the same lady redid two of the back rows when all of my back need to be redone..Lesson learned Never again..1st pic before 2nd after
If I could I would give 0 stars. They snatched most of my hair out and was really rude and rough combing it. They sat down and ate half way finished with my hair, then still charged me the highest amount they could charge and asked me for a ride home afterwards.
My braids were done well by 2 people at a time. They didn’t take a long time. Saw a lady walk out with the prettiest twist so THAT will be my next style. I recommend there services. Thank u.
I love AWA. They always have the best customer service. They also move fast. I was out of there in no time and my braids are small and waist-length. I definitely will be back again. 10 out of 10!
Twists were nice. However, the parts were sideways , crooked, and not sized the same, which unfortunately took away from the nice twists. The stylist arrived to appointment 3 hours late. The stylist asked if i liked it, i replied it’s ok, but it’s not like the picture i showed you. Was quoted $100, then once half of my head was done, a different person told me $130. When I left, I paid $100, and was asked for the remaining funds, I explained someone told me a price of $100. Words were exchanged back and forth about this discrepancy, but I ultimately did not pay any extra. However, after she showed to the appointment 3 hours late, gave me a hairstyle different than what was asked for, and provided sloppy lines, I was flabbergasted that she even asked for an extra dime. Very unprofessional to change the price of a service after the service has been rendered, especially when not agreed upon.
Any did a very good job always. I have been coming to her for years now. She never says that she is too busy. That’s what I love about AWA
Please do not go to this hair shop!! Senabal did me some box braids. I only wanted the crown done, so that I could wear it in a bun. She kept offering to do the middle for only 50.00 totallying 220.00. I allowed her to do my whole head. I got home and looked in the middle and she has big braids in the middle. I spoke with her and she stated I didn’t pay all. I gave her what she requested and never negotiated with her. I called and text her to redo them and she never replied. Please do not go here!
I was so thankful that she got me in at the last minute. I called the day of and she said to come. The service was fast and my braids look amazing, nice, and neat. It only took about 4-5 hours total.
