If you value your time and money DO NOT GO HERE they take parts from other cars and put it on your just to lay you off , once that part messes up they have no clue what to do with you and leave you waiting months to fix the problem not even touching your car, even though all the say is it will take only 2-3 days max. Ive been here for 4 days and i see an endless amount of people thats been trying to get there car for months, and no solution at all
Yet they just keep receiving cars just to get the money on hand and leave you waiting. If you are not here and telling them to work on your car you lucked out. DO NOT GO AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
As with many people in the comment section here. This place is a scam they kept a car of ours for 2 months saying it's fixed multiple times when it wasn't anywhere near fixed. Took it to them because it was slipping. When we got it back the tac and speedometer didn't work. The transmission was still slipping and would not go into overdrive when floored or even cruising. Asked them to look it over again and same thing no 4th gear and it would slam into gear. Asked for pur money back and the guy was very upset saying they can't do anything about the car since it's old. So I ask what was point of taking my car to a transmission specialist to get repaired, just to be told my car is old and not be fixed? I don't know but maybe my lawyer will be able to get an answer shortly.
I got my transmission rebuilt by Kartrans For you, and i am very happy with their services. Only took a few days to do wonderful work on my truck. Now im back on the road in my truck with no problems.. Honest, fast , trustworthy.. I will keep their business card for myself and anyone that needs transmission repairs.
Mechanics were very nice and helpful. The price was great. And service was excellent. I was back in my car in great driving conditions. I highly recommend Kartrans For You. Hardworking honest fast reliable mechanics. Well worth the money. I will only trust them for all my transmission repairs.
Rebuilt transmission. He is a scammer. Did work in January. Sent for more money, asked for receipt, never would send one. Every day, a different lie. Sent a self addressed for the receipt, sent it back with the letter I wrote, no receipt. Had to go back up there to get it. Sorry business man. Please repost.
NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They were too far for me to tow my vehicle so I bought the transmissions from them and paid a local shop near me to do the install. Not 1 of the 3 transmissions worked after paying a local shop near me to do the work getting them installed. I had to pay to have my truck towed over 3 hrs to them and they kept it for a month and tried to blame the other shop. First trans had bad sensor all the way inside. Second slipped on the highway. 3rd that owner said he did himself doesn't even move the truck.....so now for a 4th. I've paid thousands of dollars to have a local shop replace the transmission 3 times so far, rental car for 2 months, and $1600 in towing costs. Still no working transmission.
After my rebuild and cooling system added. It drives. I was glad for the price, warranty, time, and Carlos word is good. I will be bringing my truck in for the check up. I will post more later on the future outcome and reliability. Carlos and his team are good people.
Ok, this is my follow up post. Went back for the check up. Still no problem and running good. As long as Carlos agreement on the warranty stays to his word if there ever is a problem. I believe Carlos is a good man of his word. He also helped a friend of mine. Keep up the good work,respect, word there guys!
