When I first arrived both the ladies we're very friendly and helpful. I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. I'm a wheelchair user and they made their working station area wheelchair friendly which I appreciate considering it was hard for me to transfer from the chair to my wheelchair chair. I love my new look and will definitely remind to friends and family!
The worst I showed them what hairstyles I wanted and they said they couldn’t do it so I picked another and another and they still said no I absolutely hate this store DO NOT RECOMMEND
I wanted my hair to be layered my hair was shoulder length i showed the hair dresser a picture in how i wanted it. and it ended up being shorter then i wanted it to and it is still not layered and uneven my mom will. E going back tomorrow a demand that the fix's this

Yasra did a very nice job for my hair and even for my makeup, she had a very professional makeup artist.
I came in to have a trim. My hair us fairly easy to cut. I was told it would be 20.00 and an additional 5.00 for a wash. I thought it was a fair price for doing just a trim. The hair dresser gave me a wash, but had long fake nails and kept hurting my scalp. After the wash, she told me to go sit at the chair and kept forcefully placing my head in positions as she cut my hair and with the comb would roughly press into my scalp, where it was giving me a headache. Then she blowdryed my hair, she placed the blow dryer too close to my scalp and was burning my scalp. She did not complete the blow drying and left my hair half wet. I would not recommend and do not plan to ever go back.
