This is no place to be. The waitress asked me what I wanted when I visited the toilet. Need i see more. Then she said I couldn’t pay by card. Belgian modern restaurant hospitality. They couldn’t talk anything else but frensch. The croque monsieur was one of those you give a next try at home. Perhaps this restaurant once will get a star. Don’t think It will happen in my life time.
Strange place. Owner approached us as soon as we entered to tell us the place was cash only. Didn't quite feel welcome. When my daughter wanted to used the bathroom she was asked whether she had ordered or not. Furthermore, the food was so so. Given the reaction of the owner to some of the reviews here it's not a place I 'd recommend.
Service was horrible and the waitress was very unfriendly. The ice cream tasted old and icy. We were not allowed to eat in. Even my daughter (3yr old) was not allowed to go to the toilet. I would not recommend this place.
Nice atmosphere. Fresh food and very friendly service. I can recommend this little restaurant when visiting the historic part of town.
