My new mechanic!! And you don't need to look anywhere else either! AAA auto club recommended Joey at Autoworld, turned out to be the owner. I was very impressed and I grew up in an auto shop. He jumped on my car right away and brought a chair out for me to sit. He discovered the problem quickly and instead of saying you need to replace the part, since it was acting up sporadically he worked on it. And he had me out of there in no time. I tried to pay him what I thought the job should cost, and actually I thought I was low on what I thought it should cost and he said nope that's too much! Joey is a very knowledgeable, honest, hard working, easy to communicate with, trustworthy man!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
My sincere thanks to Joe at AutoWorld. My car died on I-95, showing just under 1/4 tank and no low fuel light. Had it towed to AutoWorld, and Joe immediately checked it out. He removed the fuel pump, called me over. No gas, gas gauge not reading correctly. Put some gas in and I was on my way home. A good and honest mechanic shop is hard to find, but these guys are. Thank you very much!!
The best in Florida st Augustin are, over the top, speechless when I get home after a crazy big engine swap job in few days, I drove 2300km back to Canada Toronto. This is amazing, very fair price. I will go back to pay a visit next yr, just say thanks in person.
Wow! That’s all I can say. The whole wheel on our travel trailer broke off on 95. As God would have it, we were able to limp off the highway to this service station. We prayed for protection to get there and favor over the bill. When we got there, I asked Jo if my six kids could use his restroom. He informed me that the water wasn’t working and came back a couple minutes later and offered to send me in his minivan with my kids(and dogs) to the store to use the restroom. Incredible. He stayed after hours to fix my trailer. He drove to get the parts himself. He did the job out in the hot parking lot as my trailer was too big for the shop. He talked and joked with my whole family as he fixed the wheel. He was very thorough in his work and cleaned up all the parts spotless and greased everything super well. He finished the work in record time and ended by sending my kids with a bucket of candy and ice cold waters for everyone. And the price was fantastic. If you want a trustworthy mechanic, this is your guy. He blessed us so much and I can’t put into words how grateful we are. What a wonderful surprise during our trial on the road. Thanks Jo! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. We were on the way home from our honeymoon 5 hours away and my brake caliper broke. We called and he got us in right away. As he was fixing it, he was explaining everything and telling us exactly what we needed to do and how he was going to fix it. Very nice owner and if we lived closer, I would be taking my car back for any other fixes.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Joe at Autoworld I-95. What started as an unfortunate experience with my car breaking down on the side of 95 turned into towing my car to Autoworld after hours. Joe called me right back and said I could drop it and he would come by later to make sure he got the keys. He ran the diagnostics and proceeded to transfer my car to the dealership because I am from out of town. From start to finish, Joe has been super communicative, extremely honest and a pleasure to experience. I cannot recommend Joe and Autoworld enough so if you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop, look no further!!! This is it. We need more people like Joe in the world!!!!
The owner is a very sweet guy and could immediately detect the problem of my car. His prices are very reasonable. If you don’t want to waste your time, you must go to Autoworld.
We broke down at exit 298 ...went strait to Auto World ..Joe the owner cleaned engine to find out where leak was and fixed it in one day. He is honest , knowledgeable, and economical. Highly recommend him .
