Had a fender bender on a 2022 VW Tiguan. They painted and installed a new bumper. When we got it back, there were imperfections. There were paint chips where the headlight goes and a drip/paint run at the bottom. The bumper body lines did not match up with the fender either. We took it back to them and they “fixed it” and started it was good. We picked it up and it was still not good and fixed (unfortunately no pics of the second time). We went back a third time and now instead of chips and a cheap cover up, we have 3 bubbles in the paint. I would never ever use this place. I do not recommend at all. They provide a very poor workmanship quality.
The first two pictures are when we first picked it up. The second two are from the third time (took the pictures at night so the quality isn’t the best).
So much for a VW certified place…
Very professional staff and the turn around time is awesome! They did an excellent job repairing and painting my car from scratch damage. The paint matched exactly and it looks as if it never happened. I would definitely recommend Autoworld Collision Center to anyone who has doubts about their quality of work.
I met with Phillipe regarding a rust spot on a car I bought for my daughter. He took the car in his shop and repaired the rust spot in less than 30 minutes! I was almost speechless. A super nice guy who does excellent work! I will recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation.
I was in a rear-ended accident; I called my dealership to see what collision place they recommended. They said Autoworld, so that’s where I took my car. I dropped my car off on March 10th and was told that there would probably be parts on backorder. Which is understandable. After a month of Autoworld having my car, I started calling weekly to check the status. The last two and half weeks I have been told my car would be ready multiple times. Then when it came the time, they were waiting on a part, the wrong part was sent and so on. Come the day my car was ready for pick I take my rental back and headed to pick up my car (Friday, April 22), Auto World called me and said my car was no longer ready for pickup. That my car would have to go to the dealership for calibration. So now I am without a car…..they said first thing Monday morning my car would be taken to the dealership as now I need my car back. Here we are Monday and my car was not taken to the dealership first thing as I was told on Friday and the dealership does not know when they will have my car ready….so on my car I get notifications when my doors are open. So when I asked what they were doing in my car over the weekend I was told nobody was in my car as they are closed…..interesting! So, when I told they I get notifications he still tried saying that nobody was in my car. I told him to give me his number and I would send proof! That I wanted to know who was in my car if they were closed. Then in the background someone said that were trying to calibrate my car, yet on Friday I was told only the dealership can calibrate it. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! I WOULD NOT RECOMMONED THE SHOP!!!!!
I’ve been to this shop for many years having my Suv and cars repaired. Their work is by far great. I’ve been to different shop in my 35yrs of driving and I feel they are the best. The owner has a great staff and they take pride in their work and how they treat the customer. I can also say this shop will go out of their way to help you, like stay late so you can bring in your car or to pick up. You can’t wrong go here.
I've had a Jeep Wrangler for over 20 years, hated the half doors the whole time. Last week, I found a pair of full-doors in the correct color, inside and out. One door was crunched, and the keys didn't match. Thursday, they told me to bring it in on Monday, if it could be fixed in one day, it would be. If not, I could bring it back on Wednesday to finish (my choice about the day). So with 4 hours of labor, they re-keyed the doors, fixed both outside door latches (one was completely disconnected), and made the windows crank more gracefully. So, a 20+ year old Jeep with 20+ year old transplanted doors, they got everything working well in one day. Very pleased.
I went there this morning to get a hood swapped out for my Dodge Charger. The staff was very friendly and seems like a great place to work at. Definitely got a positive vibe and would recommend this place to others.
*Very disappointed because an attached item was missing from my auto!!!! No offer to replace item and no empathy. It was attached when I left my auto for 2nd redo to complete repairs but when I received my auto it was gone.
*The staff seems to be nice enough.
*My repairs were completed after 2 trips and accommendations were made for transportation the 2nd trip.
*Autoworld was recommended by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, therefore my repair expectation were high.
* I give a 1 because I am ZERO TOLERANCE for any item missing or removed. Of course no worker saw it or recall seeing it. Honesty & ownership are 2 very important characteristics that I respect. I expected to receive my vehicle back with every item attached because it was there at time of leaving my vehicle for repair.
