Get everything in writing. I went in for a valve cover. I have coverage through Silver Rock. Told by Ray over the phone that I need a $950 brake service and an $80 oil change. My oil change isn't due for another 3k miles. I was told there is fee for an assessment when arriving to pick up my car after calling around and people telling me how ridiculous this assessment was. I was NOT informed on the assessment fee if Silver Rock did not cover the service when dropping off my car. For reference I had to repeat what I was experiencing several times to Ray. I watched him write down the incorrect verbiage I told him and corrected him again over the phone. I don't know what was communicated to Silver Rock but I can only imagine. Don't EVER come here.
Had a car there since 9am and didn’t get a call until 1:30 just to tell me that they haven’t touched my car and it’ll be another hour. Got there and my inspection sticker was ripped off but he said I failed inspection because of my brakes but I just got them done less than a few months ago. When I left it felt like something was done to my breaks. He has one employee to do everything but keeps accepting cars. The place is a mess. I would not recommend anybody to go here, it was very unprofessional.
Ray and Daniel know their stuff for sure a great place to take your vehicle !!! Efficient :)
On Wednesday September 16th I realized my inspection sticker expired in August. Blame it on pandemic not age. lol
I called and asked if I could come in and was given a time, they could squeeze me in if I didn't mind waiting. After driving all this time, now I'm nervous. No, I don't mind waiting. lol
Daniel was a sweetheart and within less than an hour I was in and out and it only cost me $20 bucks. Relief!!! New sticker. lol
They were very pleasant, efficient and honest. Even gave me a appoint book, a pen with their name on it and a calendar. It was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again.
This is now my go to Service Station for all my needs that is close to my home.
I have already highly recommended this service station to my family and friends.

This location has terrible customer service! Stay away from here. You should never tell a customer that you don’t have time to talk them. Rude and nasty are the only words I have to describe this location. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Giving them a 1 star is extremely generous.
Car serviced there because of overheating. Dropped it off and a few days later i went by to a sign on the door "closed for 2 week vacation" no notice no call. After they returned they still dragged their feet.... It's now Friday of week 3 still no fix for a simple overheat. Slow is not the word for this business. They close for lunch breaks too. Multitasking is hard. Lol. Unprofessional overpriced and obtuse! Avoid at all cost!
Ray at AUTOSERVE is the best, most friendly, and honest mechanic I’ve ever come across. Exceptional customer service! I’ll be bringing all my autos and friends to him for life.
This place is awesome Ray and his son helped me in a tough situation I had I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of car work . Thanks again for everything Ray appreciate it.
