I had an accident and a co worker recommended Autos R Us Collison Center for the repairs on my Buick. First of all the the young lady at the front desk was so nice. The customer service of everyone that was involved in my process was amazing. Literally the only thing I had to do was fill out a few papers when i first got there and then pick up my car when it was finished. They handled everything from start to finish. The insurance covered all the repairs and my car looks great. I was worried that it would look like it was in an accident, like maybe the paint would look different or something but it looks AMAZING!!!! You can't even tell it was ever damaged. I definitely recommend this shop for repairs. Oh and the work was done in less time than I thought it was going to take. Great people, Great Place.
Great service and work. My back right side door had a dent and needed to be repainted. I had previously gone to another body repair shop to get an estimate, they had told me that I needed the whole door replaced. Autos R Us told me that a complete door replacement was not necessary and therefore their estimate ended up being less than the one at the other shop.
My door now looks brand new, the color was matched perfectly, and the owner was also nice enough to fix another dent I had on my bumper at no extra cost. Thank you Autos R Us for doing this for me, thank you for your honest solution, definitely recommend.
I had a little fender bender and went there to get a quote. I was in-and-out in about 15 minutes with quote in hand. I dropped off my car the next week and they were done in 2 days just like they said they would.
They are open 24/7, so it was a breeze to pick up my car after I got off work. The staff was fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend their body shop services!
Had my car towed by Jerry after an accident I recently had and had all my colognes stolen and the battery ripped out and replaced in my trunk. Isn't a safe place to have your vehicle in storage and expect to have back what you own as they're not responsible.

If you could give it zero star! I would do it. They took my truck from my condo. The sad thing is that for 5 hours in their yard they charged me $300. Super expensive. Incredible how they play with people's money as if $300 was nothing. It is disrespectful to the citizens of our community.

I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. This place is hardly a business. Management rarely communicates with their employees and when they do, the information is either misconstrued or straight up incorrect. Whether they deliberately or accidentally gave me incorrect information every time I spoke with them is a different story. You will deal with individuals who simply do not care about the importance of getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. The young man who was in charge of taking care of my vehicle was certainly not qualified to be in this line of work. He was never available to speak with me, and on the rare occasions that he could come to the phone, he had NO information or WRONG information. I wouldn't even take a toy car to this place.
