One of the most impressive aspects of this small mechanic shop is the high level of expertise displayed by their staff. The mechanic I talk to possessed a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, which was evident in his confidence and precise diagnostic skills. His knowledge base allowed him to accurately identify and resolve any issues (even though he’s very young) with my vehicle, ensuring a swift and effective repair.
Customer Service and Communication:
The lady at the phone was also very nice when she called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. I’m sorry I didn’t remember any of the names but definitely ???? great job!
My transmission stopped working in New Braunfels, Tx. Humberto the owner from Automotriz Del Norte sent a wreck to pick up my truck all the way here. He was very professional and his crew did and outstanding job with my truck's transmission. My truck was ready within a week at a very reasonable rate. Especially compared to the rates in San Antonio or New Braunfels. The truck is still running like new and it's been almost 2 years. I highly recommend Automotriz Del Norte for your transmission needs.
