Timely, honest, and close attention to detail is how I can best describe how this shop operates. Best auto shop I have ever worked with. I have had a lot of work done on my truck over the last five years. All work has been done by Jerrold and has always been done well. My truck has almost 250k miles and because of the work they have done, it has no issues. There are a lot of mechanics willing to upsell, or who don't tell the complete truth, but Jerrold at Automotive Unlimited gives the industry a positive image and a good name.
After visiting Medicine Bow National Forest, our jeep lost spark in one of the cylinders. Luckily, we come back to the city and ask for a mechanic. 2 shops promise to take a look next week ( 6 days later ) one gentleman in 6 hours. Luckily, we find out Automotive Unlimited. They guy understand our situation and check the problem. After 2 h, our jeep was ready to roll. Our vacation save ????

I came in months ago and got my exhaust welded, and my transmission filter replaced. The mechanic that did my car did not even try and tighten the filter it almost fell off and was leaking everywhere. They were nice enough to take a look at it again but I never even thought to check the weld on my exhaust because these are supposed to be certified mechanics. Today my exhaust fell off again and snapped right where they welded it. Someone who isn’t certified could’ve done a better job. Don’t go to this place for a weld unless you want to be stuck paying for it just for it to snap off.
They came highly recommended to me by a neighbor. I've been taking my car here for more than 3 years and he is honest, reliable and straightforward and has saved me money and piece of mind more than once. My son took his car here and they didn't charge him because they didn't find anything wrong, it only happened that one time. That's honest:)
Fantastic service and so very nice. My son is in college and was having car trouble. I found them on yelp and understand why they have great reviews. Gerald and Jordan are so nice. It was hard to get the right part and they ended up having to go to Cheyenne to get the part. Then they offered to pick my son up so he could get the car. And the price was so reasonable!! Highly recommend this business!!!
Extremely great service. Helped my family out when our car's battery died.
I called with problem, he told me to come right in and he diagnosed what was happening, but was backed up greatly being short handed, but gave me other places to call and explore my options.
And then 2 days later went back thinking I hadn't gotten the problem fixed, he generously went out checked everything out again took it for a test ride and found out I had bad front tires it sent me to another place that could do the work!! What a wonderful guy and big help he was to me!!!
