This was by far the best automotive shop we have been to! Our car broke down on the way to our family vacation. It started to break down about 2 minutes from this shop. By the grace of God we happened to spot the shop and decided to come in. These men had great customer service bringing our kids chairs, water's and a fan. Great affordable prices and service!! .So thankful!
Best auto repair shop I have ever been to a blew out my wheel, bearing in my travel trailer and they manage to get it parked next to the garage bay. and they jumped on it immediately. Good service positive attitudes they actually went the extra mile to get me back on the road. This is how you treat people and how you get repeat customers. Keep up the good work guys.
Excellent service. Very good value for your money. Honda wanted to charge me $840 for the the repair work on my car mr. Tony did it for $392. And did a excellent job at a excellent amount of time I was in and out work was done on my car and to give it a happy ending have not had another moments problem with it
Great place! The guys here were really helpful, friendly and honest. I tried 6 places in 3 counties, to replace my headlight bulb (not the assembly) and everyone either wouldn't, or couldn't do it, or would only do the entire thing. The guy helped me right away, replaced my bulb and was funny and nice and didn't try to charge me anything crazy. I will be using them for all of my mechanic needs. Highly recommended!!
This place is AWESOME... was heading to sixflags with the kids. My serpentine belt broke as I was pulling in to Bucee's. Barely made it to highway 183 Automotive. Tony was amazing, got the parts and fixed us up within no time. They are a God send, can't say enough good things about them.
We have been a longtime (16 yrs) customer and have always been happy with the speed and quality of work. Probably more important is they truly care about the customer and are totally honest with you. The folks there have all been there a long time. You are family when you walk in the door!
Good people, great service, reasonable price! My pickup broke down on I-10 not far from Luling. A local police officer recommended 183 Automotive and I am thankful that he did. (Good PD community relations Luling! Thanks!) Roland and Tony are good people, knowledgeable, and ethical. Roland knew that I was in dire straights, travelling, and away from home. He didn't just tell me what was wrong, he showed me, and explained everything. I appreciated that. They quickly ordered the necessary part and repaired my vehicle in less than 4 hours. I was mentally ready to pay a lot more than they charged. If I lived in Luling, I wouldn't go anywhere other than 183 Automotive!
I have used this company for over 20 yesrs. They are always willing to listen and plan accordingly. They do good work and are very fair in their pricing. I am driving back there for service even though I have moved away. Recommend highly.
