Do not take your vehicle here. He had our company vehicle for almost 2 weeks. Nothing was done to it as promised, just excuses. Damaged rear bumper from him backing into something that he can't pay for (he is closing his doors he told me) and dog hair, and chewed up interior piece in truck from him joy riding in it. My stereo no longer works and tpms sensors are malfunctioning. Over $1000 in damage to vehicle, and no where to be found. He smoked in and put miles on the truck. It was filthy when I got it back. Stay away. Neil is his name. Nice guy to talk to though...????
I have had experience with almost everyone at Stepanek's. Ricardo on US1 is an amazing sales guy, know his stuff and all around good guy. My car just come out of the service center over at the main center and they were great. Eric always puts his all into his work. I appreciate everyone over there for always helping out and working with me. This is my second vehicle from Stepaneks and will not be my last.
I would like to provide my testimonial for Ricardo @ Stepanek's. I have been searching for a car for a long few months. With no luck. Finally one of my friends Lisa Purchase referred me to Stepanek's, so I drove by the one on US 1, prior to them opening and saw a few cars I like. I drove by again, finally was able to speak to Ricardo. Ricardo with his warm and caring customer service, asked me to come into the lot and he would show me a few cars. He listened to what I was looking for and my concerns and finally put me with the perfect car. Let me start by saying thank you so much for all your help, and for making me feel at ease and no more stress, when I first walked into your lot. You made me feel like we have known me for a long time and cared about my concerns. Ricardo was not only professional but extremely polite and helpful in any way he could. He made my experience a GREAT one and I would refer anyone. Also, if you want a used car without having to stress about the maintenance, they have a great warranty plan as long as you are financing the car with them. Hi my name is Philip, i just recently got hooked up with a new vehicle from there. This place is amazing. I had some issues on my end but if it wasn't for Ricardo n griffin i wouldn't have the vehicle i have today. I'd still be walking or riding a bike every where. If you need a vehicle they are the guys to see. I wouldn't trust any other dealership besides them. They are friendly, easy to work with, highly recommend to go to them.
Sold me a car and insured me that it was fully looked over and then if anything was majorly wrong it would have been fixed before being sold. I explained I was a single mother in a shelter and he continued to ensure that it was fine. Exactly 2 weeks later the entire car no longer runs the engine has a huge hole in it and there’s no repairing it. And when I called them they claimed there was nothing they could do since it’s as is.
Thank God for good people!!! I'm a resident of West Melbourne now for two yrs. Just last yr had a accident that left me and my family without a car. Well by the grace of God we were blessed with a car! ( not from Stepanek's) Unfortunately the car we got was not the best car for a family with a disable military member who has multiple appointments to go to. After going online and doing some research we found a few dealers who seem to have good deals. Well that was a bust ????after 3 weeks of driving up and down Aroura rd we found that most of those dealers were bogus. Smh!!! And the registration on the vehicle we were in was old and tag was missing. So we were taking a chance (driving)but had to make something happen . while driving to check out another car salesman we spotted a buy here pay here sign. ( Stepanek's Auto Sales and Services) we had to try. I must say I did not believe that they would be much help after 3 weeks of sales guys trying to force us into a car that we could not afford, but to my surprise after less than hours spent at the other guys we had picked out a car had ,a test drive, traded in our clunker, and had a new car, a 03 Chevy impala with only 60000 miles on it and a 3 yr warranty. That's what I call "for the people." And yes this was done without a credit check or thousands of dollars down! Thanks guys you are a blessing to the people. Continue to do great work and servings the people!!!!
I was in great need of a vehicle, that was dependable for work but good for family. I stopped in at the Oslo location but was referred to the US 1 location. I pulled up and found the perfect vehicle. I was greeted by Ricardo the associate there who was very friendly from the start, and was willing to stay late to accommodate my needs, very pleased I went to Stapaneks, plus the warranty given plus my mind at ease.
Three stars for quick work on cars but only three because i have not received a call for when the vehicle is available for pickup. Always having to call them to stay updated. Work on calling customers as soon as vehicle is ready and for updates and you might increase your stars. AC work on vehicle has been terrible. Never keeps Freon long and they only refill instead of repair, it seems. Other than that, the staff is friendly and courteous especially the lady who answers the phone in the service department.
