We were traveling and desperate to get our tire fixed. After calling around to several places, we finally spoke with Tony, and he was beyond accommodating. The shop is in a tight area, but they were fast and professional. We were back on the road quickly. I would recommend this place.
Tony runs a great shop. I've been going here for several years. Tony is honest and thorough. His shop offers quality work at a good price. Recently I bought a used car, I took it to the dealer for a recall item. They told me the car needed over $4K in repairs. Tony took care of everything for $1k. Highly recommended!!
I had the best experience here. I had been told by the Smog Check mechanic at a different shop that I had an exhaust leak. My car is older, so it wasn’t easy to identify the source of the leak. Tony eventually found the hole and quickly repaired it. Incredible prices and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Don’t ever go here. He almost hit me with. Broom because I went for a catalytic converter gasket leak and they made 5 other gaskets leaks that I got fixed at another shop .and I tried getting my money back and he almost fought me that’s why the broom was involved .he screamed and yelled at me and cussed me out bad . If u don’t know nothing about cars plz always double check if u got leaks on cold start. This guy is evil the owner is. Thanks for the only person that has a heart was his co worker and gave me half my money back. Better than nothing then I left . I don’t recommend this place. He’s a disgrace to middle easterns big time .
Tony is a GREAT, Christian guy that was fair & honest. Had a check engine light situation as well as a (suspected, by me) electrical short. All-in for an hour of labor, and tested my emissions/counseled me multiple times to prepare me for smog on my Lexus. This was due to my vehicle computer reset. Won't go ANYWHERE else in San Diego now! Okay, JUST saw that THIS review did NOT post back in late July/early August when I'd written it. Editing now for the subsequent experience TODAY.... electrical issue again, but BAD news on the alternator THIS time. Tony was totally fair with the charges, and discovered that they'd even RESET MY CLOCK on my Lexus RX300... THAT'S EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Love you guys @ A.S.M... Will Be A Customer For As Long As I Live In San Diego (Albeit, not often, I pray!)
I showed up almost an hour early to a scheduled pre-purchase inspection. They let me in and did a great job. VERY FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, FAIR PRICES. I think I just found my go-to mechanic.
I went to 3 different mechanics for my clutch because every single one tried to price gouge me over 2k not tony tho he charged me 1300 he's a true gentleman and scholar in his craft Everytime I go he explains exactly what he finds in the most truthful way possible more then fair prices he is the goat look no further you have found the best mechanic in the area

Great place! Final price was below estimate and finished very quickly. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
