Loved Junior before his health issues. Brad has done a great job and keeps the mission statement alive which is to provide a fair service for a fair price we can live with. We bring all our families vehicles here and tell everyone we know about this place!
I wish I could give zero stars. I had talk before dropping off. Told him that vehicle was not jerking at the moment and told him I had already had it in a shop and they had told me they could not work on it because it was not jerking when they had it, they did not charge me for just looking at it. Shop owner said that he thought it would be senor in the wheel, so I left it. They called me said vehicle was ready to be picked up and they couldn’t get vehicle to act up: I was charged 100.00 for nothing. They said they drove vehicle and couldn’t get it to act up and charged me 100.00 I was not told that I was going to be charge. Other shops did not charge me. I will not be taking vehicle back to them. He said well we put it on diagnostic, I had told him I already had it on diagnostic and told him the codes. He said well we drove it. But I had told him it was not acting up at the moment and would not act up for maybe 6 months. He should have told me if it was not acting v up that he could not do anything instead of letting me drop it off after I told him another shop said if not acting up they couldn’t do anything either.
If I known that I was going to be charged I would not have left it with them.
This is a great place to have work on your automobile. They do great work and are very friendly.
Go here without a doubt. He’s service is unmatched. He knows what he’s doing. Very prompt and efficient. I had my thermostat fixed, window motor repaired, engine mount fixed, and water pump replaced. His turn around time is great. I had taken my car to Don Moore and they weren’t sure what could be causing my car to vibrate so much and Jr knew immediately and it was actually a cheap fix. This place is great.
If you want honesty this is the place to go! My family and I have went to many different auto shops to work on our vehicles that have lied, over charged, or had employees that were very unprofessional. This amazing auto shop has great employees that work day and night to try their best to help as many people as possible while having great rates on their service. I feel comfortable going to this wonderful auto repair shop with my car, there might be a wait to get in sometimes but that's only because this place is definitely worth it. I wish I wasn't moving soon after so many years of going to this place. Junior is like family, always greets you with a smile :)
Very honest. I owed them like 300 from a repair they did and forgot about it due to life coming down on me hard and they were very understanding/ considerate. Plus very honest and fair pricing on the work.
Jr and his crew are the best! Here lately they have got me out of a few jams! Jr is honest and does what is best for his customers and I appreicate that so much. So I recommend him to anyone! Thank you for all that you have done and are continuing to do for me.
I Extremely professional and great value. They dont try pushing you to fix things that dont need it. It cost me significantly less than what I thought it might be. I will definitely choose them again and recommend them to anyone in need. I have never used any Automotive mechanic in owensboro so I was very nervous. But I wont be worried about it anymore because i will continue to go here.
