Craig and his staff always do a great job at a fair price. We are an older couple so Chris walks us through everything that is needed. They always fix it quick too! We have been a satisfied customer for over 15yrs! Thank ya'll! Its nice to rely on someone who you can trust!

I had issues with my suv and I presented some paperwork work on what’s going on with my vehicle basically saying a part needed to be replace. After some work was supposedly done on my suv the engine light came back on and I had the same issue the part was never replaced. Nothing was done for my vehicle and the brakes on my vehicle was put on to low
Have been here on more than one occasion for assistance with tire repair. Each time, they have jumped right on my issue, had the tire repaired and had me out the door in 10-15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff who doesn’t subscribe to the “I’m sorry but you need to make an appointment” or “You are gonna have to leave the vehicle with me for an entire day to fix a tire” that almost all other auto shops do even for minor issues.
I’ve been taking my cars to Craig’s for years! He has the best team available! They always get my repairs done quickly and with a fair price. If I ever have questions they answer them thoroughly and make sure I am confident in the safety of my ride before I leave!
I highly recommend Craig’s automotive. They are always honest, fair, and affordable. The employees are polite and work hard to satisfy their customers. I also appreciate that they call with an estimate before doing any repairs so that the customer is well informed and able to make the right decision about any work done. I will never take my cars to any other repair shop in Augusta.
There are few things worse than getting into your car, turning the ignition and nothing happens. Not a peep. Luckily, my boyfriend and I were near three auto service providers. Even more fortunate, my boyfriend decided to walk over to Craig's. Jacob, without hesitation, agreed to walk with us back to my car to check the battery. The car cranked right away after a boost and we drove to Craig's believing we needed a battery. Once we got there, Jacob performed a battery test. In the meantime, we spoke with Chris, priced batteries. Jacob walked back into the shop office - the test determined there was nothing wrong with the battery. I was relieved that I didn't need a battery, but more relieved (for lack of a more expressive word), grateful that Jacob and Chris were honest enough to say so.
