The customer service here is top notch. Picked this place because of the reviews and the 5 star reviews are LEGIT. Gordy was super helpful when I explained to him our brake issues and actually explained what he did to our car in a simple easy way to understand.

Was able to grab some coffee and a meal in the area while I waited - honestly was expecting to wait HOURS since it was a last minute drop off so I’m also very happy with the speed of the service.

I left very confident and happy that our brake issues were resolved without much delay in our road trip.

If we need our car to be serviced next time we’re in Seattle I’m 100% coming back here!

Pro tip if you’re a new customer: the entrance to the garage is in a back alley so you’ll want to turn in on South Main Street!

Hidden gems, I was thinking to keep these guys just for myself. Location is a bit hidden. Price is straight and narrow, you can tell they are no lines and lines of miscellaneous charges to pad up prices. The place is so clean ( Japanese style clean & tidy ) for a auto repair garage ? Hope they will never retire, hard to find anything reasonable price in Seattle anymore.

Like others, read the reviews and very pleased I did. Art is honest and communicative, and even showed me the brake parts that he had removed from my car and explained why they weren’t working anymore. I will definitely be back for brake service and oil changes, and any other services they provide. I will be recommending to all my family and friends!

I had no idea how much damage had been done when there was an issue with my brakes. He could have charged me for just about anything. Instead I got a minor repair and was able to get my car back the next day.

I just took my car in due to a major oil leak. The technician checked it out, diagnosed the issue and sent me on my way without charging me within 30 minutes. Two weeks earlier, I had my oil changed at one of these quick oil change places and they neglected to tighten the oil pan's drainage nut and the forgot to replace its gasket causing the leakage. Friendly, honest and competent. I'll be going back for my future oil changes and more.

Incredibly friendly, honest people who do great work at a fair price. Had my oil changed at another shop and they told me my brake fluid was leaking and it would be $2200 to fix. Could feel a slight grinding so took it to Automotive Brakes & Service to get the work done by people I knew would charge me a fair price and they said I just needed a fluid flush. $130 later and my brakes are in tip-top shape. Can't imagine working with anyone else at this point.

These guys are great. Art and his brother have been doing this for 50+ years and I have complete trust and confidence that they’re doing work and giving recommendations that are in my best interest. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been talking our car to Art for years. Great guy, very honest and communicates well about the issues before making repairs. Also very flexible in working us into the schedule, getting repair done fast and at a reasonable price -- usually going out of his way to find parts at a lower cost. I have no reason to ever take the car someone else.
