Agree with the comments. The two male servers (25/05/2024 at 14:15) were not only rude, they were disgusting! Openly eating fries with their fingers, licking them and then handling food for customers. This must be a violation of hygiene regulations on many levels.
The burger and chips were actually OK. We did object to paying 80c to use the loos which weren't that clean. I think that a lot of coaches
The young man at the cashier and coffee station was extremely rude. The place was almost empty when my family of 7 arrived. When we asked how to enter the toilets, he told us abruptly to read the instructions. Toilets cost 80 cents per person, their condition was only acceptable. Immediately afterwards, we ordered brunch and paid about 80 euros (too expensive for the quality). When sitting down, we realised that the receipt from the toilets was also a coupon for in-store purchases. Addressing him about this, he responded it is not his job to tell us about this. We asked to get a coffee with the use of all coupons, but he was not flexible, reiterating that coupons are each for one purchase (there is nothing less than 1.50 E), saying these are the rules. We suggested that that he could have done better, and he talked back that indeed he could have had. In short, very disappointing experience with a staff who is clearly not good at customer service.
Great food very clean and tidy just a bit costly to use the loo.
Some of the Best Fries you will get anywhere and definitely the best food stop on a motorway. Doesn’t look to impressive outside but when it’s a sunny day and you have some freshly cooked Belgian Fries and Mayonnaise it could be one of the highlights and lasting memories of your trip.
This place is now a traditional stop for us on route
Terrible is the only word that could possibly describe this services. First stop from France into Belgium and certainly the worst. Toilets are foul, you even pay for the experience.
