Autobahn not only did an AMAZING job fixing my bumper, they fit me in between their other scheduled appointments and detailed my car which was a wonderful surprise. They also were amazing working with me while we figured out an insurance issue. 100% recommend!!!!
I brought my Honda in after a fender bender in my parking lot. Everyone couldn't have been nicer! They did such a great job, I feel like I have a new car! They also went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance companies, so all I had to do is drop it off and pick it up! In days where most services are "meh" at best, Autobahn stands out as an example of how things should be done. Thank you for EVERYTHING!
What can I say except Autobahn is the best. Their service is topnotch, no matter who you speak with they all know the status of your vehicle.
My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Not only was the body work done to perfection but they detailed it as well.
Because of my accident, I missed the appointment I had to have my snow tires put on. Rescheduling was over a month out.
When I call Autobahn to see if they knew anyone who could do it, Betsy worked her magic and was able to find someone to do it.
Hopefully I won't have the need to visit an auto body shop for a while but if I do, hands down, it would be Autobahn.
These folks were great to work with answered all my questions, I brought my 2021 BMW in on a Monday and it was done by Friday, came back looking like nothing ever happened and they even went ahead and replaced a tail light with a hairline fracture that I didn’t even notice, car also came back with a full detail. Very pleased!
Excellent quality work and attention to detail. Kind and compassionate staff. A visit to a body shop isn’t something most people want, but when you need one, this is the place to take your vehicle, without a doubt.
Generally been great to me, but really left me in a tight position this time when my car got broken into. They said they ordered glass and could install it this week, so I went with them over other shops. Then two days later they said manager calls to tell me they were scheduling out 6 months. Now it's too late to order elsewhere so I'm left without window glass going into weekend of rain. Very unprofessional.
Quick service, friendly staff, easy to schedule an appointment (be aware, if your car is driveable it will take longer to schedule). They did excellent work and were happy to answer questions and help me out with anything I needed!
After being sent multiple links where I could leave them an internal review, I left them an "honest review for a less than pleasant experience" where several mistakes were made, the owner called me and threatened me to send a bill despite it being an insurance claim. I REALLY hope this was a one off experience and that they can learn from it.....
