Ceaser and Shawn were very helpful with my van. I had the heater core replaced and after the repair a few hose came off later from it working better and they were more than happy to fix the problem and put in a new thermostat for me, no charge. I would definitely recommend Auto Works

Work was not performed and completed in the agreed time. Even after having set an appointment. Nothing was started until 8 days later. We had a head gasket done. There is a huge gap between respect and consideration for a customer. To atleast deliver a phone call with an update on the current status of a vehicles repair. The number provided when called just rings and you are never called back. Most of the time it’s not even working anymore. Poor quality customer service and lack of consideration. Quality of work and efficiency is 3 stars at best. Find another shop. Go with a reputable shop.
They have a habit of half fixing things. U gotta constantly come back to have them complete the job. And good luck on even getting your car looked at, they're always backed up. Complete waist of time and money! Don't bother with them or you will find yourself coming back over and over again.
He made my car brand new , the owner and his staff are good , nice honest mechanic in lake wales that works with his people in so many different positive ways , glad to have this shop in town
