Shout out to Brandon when my kid accidentally locked the FOB in the car. Not only did he unlock the car without any damage, he was punctual on his time and also very professional. He looked as though he had been working all day and our dilemma was next on his list. Good Guy! Thank you Sir!

I went downstairs to get in my car for class but realized my car was gone, so I was confused. I called the towing company that works for the apartments I live in, and they said they didn't have it, so I started freaking out. Then I called the cops, but I was informed that the towing company did, in fact, have my car, even though I have a parking sticker. Sometimes it falls off. Once I got there, the guy took me to my car and said, "So, how are you paying the $300?" even though you can clearly still see my sticker in the windshield area; it's just not stuck on the glass. So, I started getting mad because I missed my anatomy class, called the cops thinking my car was stolen, and now I'm having to pay $300 when you can clearly still see my sticker. It's just not on the window. But after some yelling, I guess he had a "change of heart" but made me apologize, even though I didn't mean any of the things I said. I just wanted my car back. Also, I think $300 is a lot for this junkyard towing company on C Street in Charleston, IL.
They were dispatched by Mitsubishi for my tow at 8:00am. Had me waiting up to 5 hours while updating they’ll be to the location in 60, 30, 20 mins. And still nothing. If they couldn’t fulfill the job they should have declined the dispatch. I ended up canceling and went with one of the big guys. Was cheaper and they were to the location in a little over an hour. Guy on the phone was professional, they just drained my day.
This company was called to pick up my car that broke down. It took them forever to pick up my car and did not communicate very well with the service with what was going on and was charged an arm and leg for a 60 mile tow. Yes, it was on a saturday before a Holiday but they should of been prepared and NOT price gouge me. Next time I will find my own service.
****** Thank you for the detail of my tow. I had no idea what actually happened because it was never communicated very well with me. I obviously jumped to conclusions and I apologize. I was also told to leave the car locked and take my keys with me. Again, lack of communication. I have discussed the urgently service with my mechanic and how dissatisfied I was with them by the way.
Worked with insurance to get a tow set up. Was told that they would pick up the car at noon. At 2:30 the car was still not picked up but when I called they confirmed that the car would absolutely be picked up today. I got a text from the tow at 12:10 am saying "this is ur roadside assistance." At 8:00 the next morning I called the location of the car and they reported that my vehicle was STILL there. I had to call insurance back and reschedule with a different company. I strongly suggest going with a different company as my experience with this one was extremely unreliable.
Thank you so much for coming to the rescue of my daughter! You went out of your way on a very cold night when AAA basically left us stranded even though we have been members for over twenty years.
I had a very good experience the first time I called this place. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the tow call because the shop I was taking my car to canceled on me. I had to pay through my insurance in order to book the tow call. The same guy I talked to before confirmed to me the payment had been received on their end. I was hoping to find another shop to take my car in the next couple of days. He and I had an agreement so I wasn’t expecting a refund.
I had to cancel the claim completely because could not find a shop to take the vehicle to within reasonable amount of time. A couple of weeks have passed and I have not received a refund. After making several calls to my insurance company I decided to try calling them to see if they could see that claim and somehow issue the refund or direct me on what to do.
A lady answered the phone this time who was extremely frustrated with my questions. She denied payment receipt. So I requested to talk to the other guy, who she said was her husband and who had confirmed the payment receipt with me. She refused to let me talk to him, she said her husband would not tell me something different. She was very rude, condescending, and her treatment was total opposite of what good customer service should be about. I hope I am never in need to have to use this company. It would definitely not be the company of my choice. Very unfortunate experience.
