Poor service. I asked for a state inspection but the check engine light was on. He charge me for a diagnostic and recommended me to get an oil change to fix the problem. Upon getting the vehicle back, the light is still on. And he isn't one who will call you with an update on the vehicle. Go somewhere else.
I tried to be nice. This man is doing illegal inspections. Says he can pass you for a fee then charges hundreds more than the original price. It's a scam. Lies lies lies. I will be reporting to the police. Shoulda been grateful I was already willing to pay a ridiculous price however to up the price do minimal work and except more money is ridiculous. This is a scam!!!!! Watch out!
I come here every year to get my vehicles inspected. Never had any customer service issues at all. They are always kind and respectful.
I gave them 5 stars because I didn't have the option of giving them more. The mechanic walked me through doing a diy repair onMY 2006 4Runner while I was in the parking lot of Community Toyota. I told the Toyota auto specialist that my 4Runner was overheating after I changed out a serpentine belt. Toyota told me to come by the next day and they would try to fit me in. I called Auto Solutions and they suggested that I purge the air out of my radiator. It worked great. I appreciate their willingness to help. I cannot recommend them enough.

Good honest shop with integrity. Mechanic seems to have good heart and mentors the staff not abuse them.
This is the only mechanic I feel confident that it will be done right the first time. I never worry if they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them many years and not once has the work been wrong.
