I just want to give jimmy and Greg a huge thank you. They were able to fix a problem, go above and beyond, and demonstrated patience after two dealerships failed too! The Ford dealership couldn’t even fix the issue, but jimmy made sure that they kept in touch and informed me of the steps they took. I am so pleased and relieved. I can finally breathe normally. It only took them one and a half days to fix my car. Thank you guys so much, and I will be returning!
UPDATE: I had to tow my two cars to a different location after they couldn't fix it. They claimed the repairs required to get my cars to start were too complicated. They charged me $210+ for doing nothing. Mind you, it costs money to tow cars. No joke, the fix for one car was new spark plugs and they changed the intake filter plus cleaned up the flooded engine. The other car only required a new battery. This after this guy claimed he tried a new battery! I will be disputing the charges to my credit card by this con artist
Does not know how to get a car to start. Does not tell you costs. Does not keep you informed.
Towed two cars that wouldn't start to this shop for $240. I spent some time on the phone with the guy, never gave me an indication of costs or a quote for service.
He had the cars for 3 whole days and never called. I finally called him. He had only looked at one car. It would be another 3 days before he could look at the other.
4 days later I called again because he wouldn't. He said he couldn't figure out why either car wouldn't start. He said it was the battery in both but batteries are fine and car wouldn't start after he changed it. He said I would have to Tow to the dealership.
I was scheduling another $240 tow to a location that can properly diagnose the issue. I reached out to him to let him know that the tow truck would be there. He then informed me that I owe $209.98 for him to unsuccessfully start two cars.
So far he's had both cars for 1 whole week. I've spent almost $700 and he hasn't done anything to improve the situation.
Sight unseen, Greg provided a fair quote for the service of my vehicle and finished as promised. I love local businesses who are fair, honest and friendly. Will definitely be returning.
If I could give this place a sixth star, I would. Tucker Auto Depot has some great people and great service. They did an amazing job fixing up my car and the best part, the service was fast, honest and friendly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for Auto service you can trust. I know I will. You guys are awesome. ????
I had multiple leaks via my coolant system. They did a pressure test and replaced the recovery tank and hoses. The workers are very nice! They got the job done quickly and my car runs perfectly. Great service!
Auto Service Depot has taken care of my vehicle for many years, and kept it on the road longer than I thought it would last. They are always friendly, honest, professional and timely. They do high quality work, and they stand behind it. My trust in the owner (and everyone there) is always rewarded, time and again. I recommend them highly to anyone and everyone.
I have patronized this establishment for several years, always receiving exemplary customer service and HONEST feedback regarding only the NECESSARY repairs required for my car. I feel completely confident that the staff of Auto Service Depot do not engage in questionable sales tactics, charging me a very reasonable price for the requested repairs and nothing more. If no repair appears indicated, then they simply don't charge you - a very refreshing change compared to my interactions with other auto repair shops. At this visit, the mechanics expeditiously removed a nail from my tire, patched the hole, sparing me the cost of a tire replacement, and only charging me $29.95. Thanks to the fine folks at Auto Service Depot for their outstanding customer service!
I am travelling from out of state. Had an oil pressure issue while in Stone Mountain. The gentlemen at Auto Service Depot turned a difficult situation into a great experience. They fixed our car quickly and for less than we expected. They have great customer service. They called several times during the day just to update us on the status. They are all very professional and excellent and what they do. Way exceeded expectations
