My phone got stolen at this place , bot as costumer but as a employee , most of the workers ( not all of them ) are rude and selfish , whe I tried to speak with the owner about my stolen phone he tried to tell me it's not his business and I lost my phone probably because I smoke weed and my phone should be in somewhere at the shop . So I had to track my phone using Google , after I show the owner of the shop and some of his coworkers that my phone got thrown on somewhere next to the freeway , they just keep lies and say that I have problem , ain't gonna speak about the way how they work , but watch your stuff if you going there
This place is run by scammers. First they lied to my insurance to prevent it from being totaled so they could get the work.
It took 3 months and they readjusted the costs several times. Eventually when I got it back my car DIDN’T EVEN WORK!!! The dashboard had glaring errors that they couldn’t have possibly missed if they even turned it on to check.
When calling back they screamed at me.
On 5/4/23, I was in a very vulnerable position after my car was hit. My insurance sent a tow truck driver affiliated with Autopro Collision Center to help, Philly. He connected me with the owner Jesse. Based on what I was told, I understood the shop to be close to my accident and a great money saver with quality work. After reading Autopros one star yelp reviews, I was convinced otherwise. When I attempted to remove my car less than 24 hours later, I discovered the shop was VERY far from where it was towed and in a very run down part of town. After major hassle and a demand for $1184 in CASH, Autopro released my car. They charged $734 for towing plus a high storage fee and hazmat charge. Beware of their pricing and hidden fees.
Very poor communication while calling trying to get our car out. Gentleman with an accent was extremely rude, would not tell me his name, would hang up on me and tell me to speak to Danny, we would call again and ask for Danny and it would be the other gentleman again with an attitude. They also are very manipulative and will try to keep your car if you can't afford the "storage fee" which was not disclosed. Still working on getting the car back and they told us to call in 30 mins. Then 20 mins. Tells us to talk to insurance to get car out. Won't just give us our car. Said we were sending a tow truck and they told us we can't. Be careful about keeping your car here they will charge fees and not tell you and hold your car hostage. This company is all about raking in the money.
There customer service stinks outside of Danny he's been great. I've had my car here for over two months there's always some different on the phone. I was suppose to have my car last and keep saying it's been in "alignment" shop for the last week. They told me to call back at 12PM and when I called for update on my car they said everyone is on lunch. I recommend you take you car elsewhere. Where they can at least be man enough to tell you what's going on with your car. If it taking more time let me know at provide with a car. As they know insurance typically only covers 1 month and its been over two months since my car accident.
They will blame insurance for certain things but not giving you customer proper updates and calling with whats actually going on is 100% on Auto Pro Collision Center. Y'all need to do a better job! Don't recommend this place at al..
We had an accident my car was taken to this bodyshop. When trying to have my car released they gave the estimate of how much would it be which included a service that my car was leaking oil which was not the case. My car was there no more than 24 hours and charged me alot of money. When trying to pay they said that they only take cash wouldn't take my bank card. I would not recommed this bodyshop.
Horrible service. Scammers. No explanation as to why i had to pay $720 to get my car out of the impoud even though it was there for less than 12 hours. Also, very rude attendent and owner
