Went to Auto Plaza on March 12, 2024 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Left this establishment with my back right tire about to fall off!!! The lug nuts were NOT tightened!! Had to pull over and call to have them come fix it! Will Not be returning to Auto Plaza. Would not recommend to anyone!
$10 for a car wash and this is what it looked like directly after.
Dustin and all the staff at Auto Plaza are 5 stars! Their customer service and knowledge are excellent! I just recently relocated to Kirksville and thankful to know that I have a dependable organization to keep both of my vehicles running!
This car wash gets your car so clean and it reaches the very back of my SUV.
I love the staff here. They are always so kind and helpful. Will continue to do business here again and again. When doing my oil changes they also take the time to look at my tires and recommend any repairs they may see need done. I always feel safe on the road after getting services done here.
Went in for a vehicle inspection. They gave me a long list of stuff they claim is wrong. Yes at least one thing was wrong I did not know was wrong and the other I knew was. But then they claimed I had a chip in my windshield which I looked for and never could find and they claimed my one wheel bearing is shot and all wobbly which I just checked it a week ago myself and it was still tight. I don't think it went out that fast. If it was as bad as they claimed it was my tire would have fallen off by now. These guys are no help and just want your money. Will never be going back to them. They are a joke.
Great service on air conditioning recharge. One hour for the complete service.
I also had to replace a windshield and was given a large discount for having Farm Bureau insurance even though it was only liability. It had a small leak when it rained but I returned and they were happy to fix it. Windshield for a not-so-common car was in stock. I highly recommend checking with them for price and availability if you need an auto glass replacement.
They were so helpful and kind when going through the inspection and explaining what needed to be changed before the car could pass. Already got my headlight changed and it hasn't been a week!! The best!!
