Neil's the man. Honest, quick, very well priced work. Doesn't try to up sell you on anything that's not needed. Goes above and beyond the scope of what you initially brought your vehicle in for. Gives out proper recommendations with out being pushy. Can't recommend his shop more.
Mr. Neal is the best. The service is a1 and he's very knowledgeable and doesn't sugar coat anything. Takes my truck there for any problems and he gets it done.

I love this place doing everything they can to save you money. They were very knowledgeable about my problems with my car. No hesitations took my car right away and keep you informed of what's going on. As women we often get taken advantage of when it's comes to car repair. So it's refreshing to know that this place is a honest representation of great customer service????
He’s the real MVP. He was very honest about everything. He didn’t try to get over on me or nothing. My car is running good. My AC is cold as ever thanks. I will not be going to Metch Tech on North Foster any more.
Did a great job on my car , but every time I seem to call to check on it the guy on the phone kept telling me to call back 15-30 min then would hang up in my face
My family and I have conducted business with Neal for over 5 plus years. After speaking to Mr. Neal today he was extremely unprofessional. I brought my car in over a week ago for air related issues (only blowing heat), which Neal did not completely resolve. My vents are blowing low cool/heat and the bottom of my car near the brakes were still blowing heat. I call today 03/22/2021 to ask what he and his team had done to my car because it is now also leaking residue on my motor and smoking/steaming. NEVER in my life have I wrote a review. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND, AUTO ONE (NEAL) his tone was as disgusting and he was talking as if I were not a customer that paid for service. If you have a problem with taking ownership for issues or do not like your customers asking if you caused additional issues with their car. Then AUTO /MECHANICAL SERVICES no longer needs to be your expertise.
It's worth it. You will be satisfied when Neil is finished. I've been dealing with him for over 10years. They took care of all my vehicles.
