Needed to replace heater hoses after one failed on trip from Atlanta. Ford dealer was too busy and recommended Auto Express. Larry and Cheryl were very helpful in confirming the required parts and in discussing repair options. They were flexible in scheduling repair after sourcing the parts. Great example of a small, family-owned business. I would always recommend them.
Driving from Southwestern NH to South FL. Two hours into our trip on a Saturday our A/C stopped working. It would work for short periods and then it would cease working again. Temps were in the 90s. When we got to the Brunswick area we could no longer take it. It was Monday so my husband suggested we find a Ford dealer. We did. They were two weeks out. Theorized might be one of a couple of different things none of which sounded good. They suggested we take the car to Auto Express. Glad we did.
Turned out we just needed to recharge the freon.
They were wicked nice, have a comfy and clean waiting area complete with a kitty to keep you entertained.
Now we are on our way to Miami, traveling in comfort.
I called a few days ago trying to get my car in for service, but they are booked up a week ahead.So that didn't work out. I had done business with them years ago, and was very pleased with the Service. I am not sure if it is still under same management.But ai was willing to try it, they don't have towing service anymore. So that was a little disappointing t9 me since I need a tow service.
My truck broke down on the hwy at the 1 mile to exit sighn to Brunswick. I was so upset cause we have had the truck in the shop where I live in Jacksonville. My insurance company called the tow truck and the gentleman was very professional and sympathetic. He towed me to this shop the staff was quick to diagnosis the problem was my engine blew and needed a ulternator . They were very sympathetic to me seeing I was crying and very upset. They took care of me like they knew for years they were very quick on fixing the problem and the price was fair. I recommend to anyone who has car problems. Thank you for being so understanding.
Vehicle broke down while traveling from Jacksonville to Atlanta and Auto Express came through for us when we needed a major repair and were at their mercy. The dealership was too busy to get to us but Auto Express got us back on the road and the car runs beautifully! If you ever need service in Brunswick go see them!
