I never give a five but made an exception with this place. Chuck gave me a chance when nobody else would. And I have had the best car. 2005 model and it's doesn't use gas or oil. I will defenitly buy from Chuck again when I'm ready for a new one. He works with you on getting the right payment you can afford. Friendly staff and almost always available if you need them.

My experience at Auto Exchange was not pleasant. First the owner Chuck was not trying to give me a chance at all. I brought my proof of income, down payment, driver license, and my Cosigner ( like he asked). I had a repo from last year, it made my credit score low, but that why i had my Cosigner. So Chuck said he can't do nothing for me at da time, while i'm leaving out his office he stop my Cosigner. Chuck told my Cosigner(MY MOM) he didnt do it cause he don't won't my Cosigner to mess up her credit, My Mom people. How he gone tell her not to HELP HER DAUGHTER!!! I felt disrespected, and felt very discrimnated against. But thank GOD for Gentry Chevrolet, they are going to HELP!! NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO GO TO AUTO EXCHANGE!!
Even though I purchased a vehicle on Monday and it quit on me the very next day, Mr. Chuck was very good with getting me into another vehicle very quickly. Such a cool guy.
I wasn't a happy camper because I waited on my car to be fixed for 2 hours and they still didn't fix it and now I got to go back Tue or Wed to get fix to tell you the truth I really don't think they started on it
This guy tried to sell us a Ford Flex with 180,000 miles on it at 10,900 and it was only worth 4,500. This guy is shady.
The most wonderful professional staff that I have Been in wonderful selection of cars!! And the owner is just the best!
