Excellent people and service. They go out of their way to inspect your vehicle to make sure all is safe without pushing excessive repairs. They sent realistic expectations of what has to be done on your vehicle and when. Great family business and they really care about their customers.

Love this place! I’ve been taking my car here for maintenance and inspections for years and have always been charged fair prices. I like to know exactly what’s going on with my car, and they always take the time to answer each of my questions with further explanations when needed.

Everyone here is down to Earth. I never feel like anyone is talking down to me (as a woman) like I’ve experienced at other mechanics.

Auto Excellence is the place to go if you want HONEST mechanics who are knowledgeable at a REASONABLE price! Frank and Gary run a great shop! No up- selling or recommending service/ parts that aren't needed (regardless of gender!!). The only place I'll take my vehicles!! Highly recommend!

Frank is awesome. Frank gets five stars from me even though he has one bad quality: his communication. He's fair with extremely inexpensive rates compared to other local F&D garages. I bring my vehicles to him every chance I get and the one too I'll give you is...DO NOT WAIT FIR HIM TO CALL YOU, YOU GOTTA CALL HIM IF YOU WANG YOU CAR BACK. One time my car sat in his lot for over a week before I called and he said it had been done since the day I dropped it off...he's just not good about calling when jobs are done. But it's okay cause he's taken good care of me, so much as fixing my car for free once.

Bottom line is, they get my 5* vote.

I have lived in Newmarket my entire life and have always used auto excellence for my major repairs and regular maintenance, they are the only auto mechanics I trust. As a Pharmaceutical Mechanic I know what to look for in a machine that should be running properly, I have never felt like they were trying to squeeze work/money out of me and I have never felt uncomfortable with their work. I highly recommend using them for any of your Automotive means. They complete their work in a timely and organized manner and are always friendly to talk to.

I've lived in Newmarket for 20 years and decided to try them out since I was looking for a new mechanic. Can't be trusted, don't know if it's the kind of business they do with "particular clients," and they abuse that privilege or what. Frank let my car stay there, was supposed to call me the next day, never called or anything. Never got a quote. Just took my title and my car without any calls or notification. If you want your car stolen or any work not done for fair prices (or at all), do not go here. Not worth your time, business, or pain.

When I lived in Newmarket I loved these guys. They always squeezed me in and understood I didn't have a lot of money as a college student. They always called and gave me quote first and never added extra charges. I trusted these guys. Unfortunately I moved too far away to use them or I'd still be a loyal customer.

The guys here at Auto Excellence are super helpful and honest. They will do whatever it takes to help you out and get your car back on the road. The guys are always friendly and I know my vehicles are in good hands.
