I've been taking my Macan to Drew and Jack for 4+ years now. I cannot recommend them enough. Porsche dealer wanted to replace all 4 brakes 30K miles ago. Auto Europe replaced the rear at that time, and only now are suggesting I have the front done. Saved me big $. Love these guys.
I have owned my Porsche 911 for 14 years and have used several mechanics. Auto Europe diagnoses issues accurately and makes repairs, quickly and inexpensively. Drew is personable, knowledgeable and only fixes that which needs fixing. No upselling! Best Porsche shop I’ve used.

Rude, very rude a guy hung up the phone u my ear because I told him I didn’t have to use the same battery that’s in my car as long as the battery is compatible with my vehicle!!! Racist people!
I have been taking my car to Auto Europe for years and they do an incredible job. Drew is the "Water Cooled" Porsche engine whisperer! He communicates very well and answers very detailed questions.
I have found that the my car is maintained and repaired professionally, although I am not charged for maintenance that is not needed based on my driving habits. In other words, parts like air and cabin filters are inspected and only replaced if necessary.
Coming very a very detailed car aficionado, I give Auto Europe and Drew my highest recommendation. Much bettor than the German car dealer repair and other independent shops.
I have a 911 and thought I had a likely engine “crisis” on my hands and didn’t want to take it to the dealer.
Auto Europe (Drew and Jack) lived up to everything I was told about them. Honest, straight shooters, responsive, really know their stuff, likable, and will tell you if they can’t do something. They don’t try to find new problems that don’t exist or need attention in order to pad their bank. They are super! Now a lifetime customer. I’ll always use them going forward
We have 2 BMWs and Auto Europe (particularly Jack as he runs the BMW side of the garage) is amazing and very trust-worthy. We have been using this garage for 7-8 years I believe. The dealership will try fleecing you, then bring it to these guys and they'll tell you what really needs to be done.
I have had my 2001 BMW 7 series serviced here for 6 years. Jack is great, fair, and honest. They have saved me a bundle on not performing unnecessary work, and the work they do perform has never been anything other than first rate. They sometimes are lax about answering the phone and getting back to you, but persistence is worth it.
Jack, Norm and staff have taken care of my BMW for over five years now. They are the best. Honest knowledgeable and caring. Would recommend them in a heartbeat to service your BMW, Mercedes, Porsche. Don't go anywhere else.
