Amazing work! My suv is 14 years old and the door was scratched from my brother’s German Shepard- they buffed out the scratches and it looks like a new paint job even though the door wasn’t damaged in the estimate- very polite and promptly replied
I took my truck to them bc they are in my insurances network and I am less than happy the bumper I waited 3 months for was damaged the day I picked it up my bumper was not properly installed and when they removed my old bumper they cut the wires to my light bars therefore causing sloppy install on the new lights , there is a ding in my door , my door panels aren’t even put back on properly and since getting it back it’s shaking when I go down the road I have never had such terrible service anywhere ! And my insurance wasn’t going to fix things bc they told my insurance lies saying I told them damages didn’t happen in wreck I never stated such things so don’t use them go somewhere else
Got rear ended and had my brand new car fixed here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The repairs got done exactly when they said. Couldn't be happier.

Great experience, this being my first time having to have my car repaired front to back. It looks better than before the accident. Tech went out of his way to change my headlight bulbs and the service up front was great.
Not the greatest. I took in my Kia Stinger after running off the road. The girls up front were plenty freindly and helpful, but that is all I liked. I believed the text notifications were gonna be a good thing but they are not properly executed and more harm than good. I got notifications inconsistently. Sometimes I didn't get them at all and just called in. It was a good thing that I did, because previous messages would have lead me astray. They told me that I'd have my car on a Friday then they told me Monday, but it ended up being Tuesday of the next week. The error prevented me from taking off the right days to see my mom with cancer for Christmas.
Then, after I got the car, I heard a swishing sound which turned out to be mud and debris from the wreck that had not been removed from where it was stuck up in the undercarriage panels. The engine was still muddy and not cleaned. A back tire that I called in about had not been addressed. I haven't even looked closely at the paint match yet. Needless to say, I did not feel that my car was returned to the previous condition.
Mostly likely, they are popular with the insurance companies, but I will know better next time.
UPDATE: I finally got a good look at the replaced bumper and can see that the color match is horrible. Run away from this place. Feel free to email me with any questions.
