Roger helped me out in a pinch traveling for business. He happen to have the exact rebuilt part I needed for my 1978 Dodge sportsman Minnie Winnie and though he didn't have time to do the repairs he called around for me to help me get the work done in time to get back on the road. Grateful to have found this knowledgeable mechanic in a tough situation.
I don't know how many years the original owner has had this shop, but he always has been honest, and had the best price from when I need a starter or alt. Fixed. I don't mind even waiting a few days to get in.
They can trace all the circuits in your vehicle wiring harness and find the electrical issues causing problems; it's tedious and difficult. They do a great job.
Glad to get the instrument cluster repaired, installed and working at this highly respected business with pros that know how to accurately diagnose and expertly repair an older car with an electrical problem. Many others would not know how to (be willing to repair older cars or do a simple repair on a broken parts not avail for a reasonable price if they could not buy a new part. They are great problem-solvers when we can't figure out what's wrong with our vehicles. They'll thoroughly evaluate the problem and work on it until it's fixed. This is the only repair shop I've been to that doesn't make me feel ripped off in the end. The price of service has always been reasonable. We've used Auto Electric several times over the past few years.
This guy really knows his stuff. Fair prices and quality work. If you need an alternator or a starter rebuilt take it here. Don't go buy a reman one from the parts store. Turnaround time is excellent as well 2-5 days it seems. I would not hesitate to go back.
Very friendly. Very reasonable price. My brake lights weren't working and they diagnosed and fixed a simple problem for only 40 bucks. My door lock froze in the parking lot and both employees came out in sub-freezing temperatures (on their own accord) and helped me get in. Great local business.
I brought a 2000 Ford Ranger into Auto Electric that just died going down the road! They were able to fix it in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!
