I would give Robert 5 stars regarding my first experince with him replacing my alternator. This recent experince with him deserves 0 stars. I made 3 attempts to bring my vehicle in at the time he requested , to find the gate locked. He knows I am disabled and need to arrange for a ride back home, but his policy is, he does not care about anything except the fact, he is busy enough , he doesn't need your bussiness and if you don't like it, too bad, go somewhere else. At my third attempt to drop off my car, waiting outside in 23 degree weather for 30 minutes until he bothered to aknowlage my exsitence at 8:am, I told him I would come back at 3:pm and pick it up , even if he didn't have time to look at it, he then told me, ''no that won't work for him there were 2 cars ahead of me, well this was on a Thursday and I tried three times since Monday morning at 8:am to drop my car off, all three times were times he told me to bring it in, I guess those two cars in front of me were there before the last Monday at 8:am. I wonder if it took them three failed attempts to drop thier cars off at the times he request them too. It is too bad he cares more about himself than his customers, because when I was able to accommodate his agenda, he did an awesome job replacing my alternator and was reasonable charge price. I respect he doesn't want his customers dictating how he runs his bussiness, but he takes itway too far. I will never contact him again and he will care less, because he says , he doesn't need the bussiness. Right on Robert , more power to 'ya. I will go somewhere and get service, instead of incovencienced for a week and still needing my repair. News flash Robert, my time is worth something too, take care. I think f you can accommodate him and put up with his attitude, he is very capable of doing a great job for a reasonable price. I just had a belly full.

We blew a spark plug assembly 1700 miles from home but we’re blessed by being 12 miles from Auto Doc. What a wonderful experience!! He got us in and out in record time and back on the road. Very reasonable rate and extremely exceptional service! Wish we could take this shop home with us!! Thank you and God Bless!

Whoever this Auto Doc is, very awful. Has very bad attitude toward females. Went to drop off a relatives vehicle,gave him my opinion about how the vehicle runs. He gave attitude telling me jibberish then shuts the window on me while im still talking. Wow, so glad it wasnt my vehcile being taken in. What a sad sad man.

Robert did my son right price wise. Gave ideas to help out his BMW. But when he tryed to contact Robert with futher help he was rude assh*le. I nor my big ol mouth will be a positive word of mouth to his business.
