Brandon, the owner is a friend of mine. We met at an establishment that I consulted for. Brandon pitched his work to me that night and I took him up on it. He's worked on my custom VW Jetta and my classic 70 Chevelle and done a bit of everything on these vehicles. The service and workmanship are second to none and the price was fair as well. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics to work on your cars, go no further than Brandon @ Auto Correct to be treated like family.
Treat people extremely poorly, are unprofessional, and are unknowledgeable about vehicle repairs. My car has been at the shop three days and not even a diagnosis has been offered, the man has no clue what’s wrong and instead of taking accountability for his ignorance, his approach was , “if you take this any other shop their not going to be able to figure it out any differently than I have, and if you take it to a dealer their going to take 3 weeks to get it back to you” then proceeded to get defensive and talk down to me, then escalated to yelling at me over the phone because I asked him to stop being so rude to me. I have a recorded phone call of the entire incident that displays the outburst, unprovoked unprofessionalism, and the belittling.
He told me he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the car, there’s codes popping up and he’s not sure what they mean, when I asked him if he’s unable to fix the car since he doesn’t know what wrong with it, he became completely unhinged and defensive, and borderline political screaming “this is ‘____’ state” over and over again and to come get my car. We love Auto correct. Service is always above and beyond. We had a problem with a dealership "fix" that was causing issues. We thought it was a different issue but Brandon went above and beyond to try and figure out the real problem. Our Expedition is running better than ever now. We will always trust Auto correct with our vehicles.
I was looking for European auto repair and I'm so glad I stopped into Auto Correct. I spoke with a very helpful mechanic about an electronic issue I was having with my 2017 mini cooper. He said they could take care of it and that it wouldn't require an appointment. I came back the next day and as promised, Brandon the owner, fixed my issue. He then told me there'd be no charge. What?! How often do you get that kind of customer service? The warranty on my car has expired, so I don't have to put up with the dealership anymore (!). I will definitely be returning to Auto Correct for my repair needs.
They are always friendly and helpful. I trust them and they have fair pricing. I 100% recommend them if you need help with your vehicle or even just need an oil change.
10/10, they helped us out with removing a stubborn pinch bolt from my 02 Audi, they spent almost 2 hrs helping us remove that, it was greatly appreciated ! Good people working here. Thank you !!!
Mixed emotions about this place. The store owner seemed very knowledgeable but his prices (working rate) seemed higher than the other auto shops in the general area. Also, he's a smoker so if you have issues with cigarettes, this may be an issue for you. Overall, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not to say that this place does bad work though.
Thank you, Yelpers! Found this place based on a diligent search. I am taking a road trip and wanted to have my car inspected prior to, hitting the road. Brandon & Toni (receptionist) were welcoming, easy going and very helpful. He did his inspection and told me upfront what he thought car needed, and the price. Super honest and fair pricing! Had my car a few hours and now she runs perfect!! **He also recommended a great tire shop to replace my balding tires!!** I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned business, for all your car repair needs!!
