Roger from Auto Aid did a really good job diagnosing the issues with my Nissan Titan , And fixed it it was an issue I had going on for quite a while. He was able to figure it out and fix it. Very happy with the work he did And taking necessary steps to do the right thing and fix the problem . Highly recommend Auto Aid . Excellent service !

Took my car in Monday morning and Roger figured out what was wrong and I had my car back that afternoon. The folks here are very knowledgeable about what they do and the pricing is very fair. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Very friendly and have helped me. They left their shop when I stalled at a light and walked over to my car and made sure it was OK to drive and did not charge me. Just did it out of kindness. I take my vehicles there for repairs now. That's the type of mechanic I want. Good moral character and willing to help out of pure kindness.
I really want to like this place because staff was always so kind. I don't know much about cars and we were in the middle of the pandemic, so I was very patient and understanding. I knew the initial needed part would take about 3 weeks to arrive (and was lucky to borrow a car from a friend, paying a fraction of what rental places were charging) but that part didn't fix my car so they tried a few other things. Well, over two months later I REALLY needed my car back (at this point I'd racked up over $3,000 for my car rental in addition to the couple thousand I paid the mechanic) and came to get it even though it still wasn't fixed.
I understand things happen, and that fixing cars isn't cut and dry, but communication was terrible during this process, there seemed to be zero regard for time, and I can't help but feel ripped off.
Dale and his crew are friendly and very accommodating. My tail pipe fell and when I got my car towed to their shop they were able to help me right when I got there. They’re fast and skilled workers and did a great job. I felt comfortable in knowing they’d be able to fix it and I’d be able to make the trip back up north to Wisconsin w no problem that it would fall back down. (It didn’t fall thank god!!) This is a shop I’d recommend coming to to anyone needing anything done!
Wow, just WOW. I called last night to see if they could fit me in for my brakes. Took the car in at 8am. Mike gave us a ride home, and called and said they saved us money by being able to resurface the rotors instead of replacing them. I also asked for a lube oil and filter. Mike came and picked us back up. I paid half of what I was really expecting. I'm new in town and I've just found my new auto mechanic. Thanks guys!!
From my initial call ..the vibe was very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my important questions straightforward. Very fair with price and turnaround. Good communication????
I'm happy I chose them. The older car pics in their ad is what initially drew me to them as I have a 30 year old rare vehicle.
I will definitely return to this business for more work!
