I've been using Auto 1 for well over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Mark does a great job every time and never tries to upsell you like those other places. Highly Recommend.
Brought my car into be serviced and they easily found and repaired all the issues I had at a respectable price. They were friendly and communicated well. I feel I can trust them with any of my cars needs without the worry they are trying to find extra things to fix. I will chose auto 1 with my cars whenever they might need service.

What a blessing they are, I was on my way to pottstown and my car started to act up and luckily I broke down in front of their place. Extremely friendly and helpful, scanned my car and found the problem. Quickly resolved the issue and I was on my way. Definitely a guy I'd do business with again and highly recommend him...
I found this place on Google after my previous mechanic closed up shop. Mark was so accommodating, he was willing to give me a ride home and pick me up while my car was being inspected and having breaks done. This may be a smaller shop in town. But that’s what makes it great. Old school personal service. And was a fair price. This will be my new auto mechanic from now on.
I am new to the area and found a bolt lodged in my tire this morning. I found Auto-1 on google and called them to see if they could patch my tire. They were great! They took my car as soon as I pulled in fixed it in less than 10 minutes and filled the rest of my tires!! Wonderful customer service, will return for future work!
They got me in right away, they did great work, and they got the work done right away. All at a fair price. They were also very responsive on the phone and very professional and courteous and person. Would recommend, this is my new local mechanic.
Literally just got off the phone with this place. Called to get a price for an inspection. "What kind of car?". I tell him a Tesla. "I'd rather not. Those are harder.". I confirm, "so you won't do an inspection?". He replies again, "I'd rather not." Click. Hang up. How hard is it to check tire tread and brakes? No emissions needed.
