This place is fantastic. And I will definitely come back if I am in the area again. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us choose what to order, and while we were debating on what to order, we were offered to try a taco each on the house. Fantastic flavors in the tacos (chicken and quesabirria) and large portions compared to other taco shops I've been to. Even the rice and pinto beans have a ton of flavor.
Authentic Taco is the best spot around! Their birria that they make everyday has become one of my favorite things to eat! The service here is just as amazing as well! They are always very nice and it's obvious that they take pride in the food they make. Authentic taco has easily become one of my favorite places to eat!
The Company I work for has used Authentic Taco twice for Summer lunches. We just had out lunch today. We will probably go to them again later this summer. Good food at a good value. They'll provide anything you might need like utensils and the like. Highly recommend for lunch as well.
You have try the new AREPA BIRRIA. Delicious. I was there today. I asked them if they can make one. It just came to my mind the combination of arepa and birria
We were very impressed with the service and the food. We ordered 80 tacos, chips, salsa and beverages. When we got to the meeting they were still hot. Everything was neatly done. The whole team really enjoyed the lunch. We will definely order from Authentic Taco again.

We are from Rockford so we will be stopping by when we are in the area again. The rice and beans were so flavorful as well. Friendly service … there is something for everyone to try! When I say this place is delicious ????. Had my first Birria ???? they were more than I expected. Authentic Mexican food. The nachos were wonderful as well! Staff was super nice & helpful, overall experience A+++
