Terrible! Terrible! How dare you drive recklessly on the road, tailgate me while I go the speed limit and honk your horn at me when I carefully stop at stop signs while I've got my toddler in the back seat. Awful people that have no business being in the car business when you can't even drive yourself!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!
I do not recommend...I bought a vehicle an had problems with it from the 1st week! Yes .it has high milage but I only had it 10 months...the struts on the back went bad..I had to replace coil pack..coil wires..sparks plugs twice... alternator..above all that the catyllac converter had to replace d...that were I drew the line....this also goes for delta motors...buy at own risk

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. I trusted the owner for years with my car just to find out he was beating out my money the whole time. Charging me for things they didn't fix. When I drop my car off to be looked at to see what's wrong he would work on my car without calling me to let me know what's wrong or the price and he would just hit me with a Bill on something I didn't agree too. Then when I tell him it's messed up he won't fix it. He'll just keep saying it's something else to keep me spending money and the problems never get fixed. He's had my car for almost a month now never once called me to tell me what's wrong. On the 4th week which was yesterday I had to call him to check on my car he said they havent touched yet and it wasn't driveable that fluids pour out as fast as they pour it in. But that's crazy because I drove the car for 4 days after I realized I had a leak even drove to Charlotte North Carolina with no problems then when I dropped the car off for him to fix my struts and shocks for the 4th time and to fix the leak he said I need a new engine now and the car is not drivable. Then he says he's not going to fix the struts or the shocks because it's not worth it because it's not drivable unless I buy engine from him for $1,800 I need a refund on everything.
Keith is an honest man. He cares about his customers and takes care of them and make sure that he treats them right. I had another mechanic shop look at my car and they told me that it needed a part that was going to cost $500 and I took it to Austin's Auto Service for a second opinion. He told me that the other garage what's wrong that it didn't need to be replaced. He did a simple fix and I was good to go and instead of paying $500 it only cost me $120. Thank you Keith, for your honesty and a great service!
We stopped for unexpected auto work while passing through VA on a trip. Austin personally went out of his way to squeeze us in, quickly source parts for us, and get the work done quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had with any auto shop. The price was extremely fair for the labor, and we were back on the road quickly. Honest operation, and great customer service.
This is a really great place to get a used car. Keith and his team will work with you to finance the vehicle they also do all their repairs inspections oil changes and anything else that you will need. They have given me and my family great service and work with us two switches into a bigger vehicle as soon as one became available. At Austin they really make you feel like you were part of the family. We have already gotten two vehicles from there and the next time we need one we will for sure go there to get our third
