Best value for your money. He repairs touch screen radios at the best possible price. The stock radio for my truck was around $2500 to replace because the screen went bad. A friend recommended this place and they repaired my radio for $400. These people maybe straight forward but they know how to get the job done and save you money.
Excellent work, outstanding prices, honest people. Just not particularly focused on hand-holding or small-talk - which is by necessity, the throughput and turnaround this shop pulls off is amazing - they're relentlessly focused on getting work done. Another thing to consider, especially if you have an older car where replacement interior trim & panels are unavailable: these guys are VERY good at being gentle with interior parts, usually I can tell when my interior has been tampered with; Terry & his techs left zero trace behind.
Terry is rude and incredibly unhelpful. No exaggeration, gotta be one of the worst human beings I've had the displeasure of interacting with in my entire life. I've been patient for the past ~4 months waiting on a specific part to come in. I've called about once a month for an update, and it's the same story every time. At this point, he is unwilling to help. He has not called to update me once. He lacks any customer service skills or self awareness.
The guy I was just on the phone was extremely rude when I asked for quote too repair my radio. I was asking him questions and he was talking too me as if I want deaf or mentally Ill Just RUDE . I will NOT being doing business with them they don’t have good phone Etiquette or good customer service . I understand if you are having a bad day but don’t transfer those negative vibes too paying customers! I would’ve gave zero stars if I could
Owner was extremely racist and unhelpful toward my boyfriend and I. Straight up rude and dismissed us like we were nothing. Take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of people who are actually decent human beings who are more deserving of your business.
I had received a quote of $500+ from United Radio to repair the radio/DVD of my car, not including S&H to their location. Another place told me they didn't have parts for it. Terry charged $340, had it repaired same day and gave me a written 90 day warranty. From reviews I read I was not expecting Terry to be very friendly. He was not rude at all, just not chatty which is fine by me. He kept me informed during the day about findings, cost and time to pick up. All and all, I recommend his services, just don't expect any unnecessary talk.
Good prices and fast service. I saved $1,500 compared to what the dealership was going to charge. The owners are down to earth and direct not rude.
Honest man, you can trust this man. . Price is very fair, very knowledgable . Highly recommend this place. I have a 2017 Mercedes Benz. Save me a lot of money here.
