It’s a pleasant place to get your hair done.
I like the location which is very convenient close to public transportation and okay to park close by.
I made the appointment the day before and when I arrived they attended me right away.
The hair stylist that attended me was very attentive giving me advice for my hair. S/he was nice and friendly. I received an amazing shampoo and head massage. I only wish my hair got dried better. It was a little frizzy looking.
I had the urge to suddenly dye my hair but couldn't find a place with available times until I came upon this place. They booked me in really fast which was great since I was short on time. It was my first experience and going from dark to light scared me so i was hesitant and scared for the color I wanted but Kati was amazing. The result turned out great so I'm really grateful!! Would definitely continue to come in the near future!
My kids (14 and 11) said they loved their new haircuts from Kati. They brought in pictures of what they were going for and she delivered. Happy Middle Schooler and HS freshman, 5 stars!
Amazing salon with even better stylists. Michelle has been coloring and styling my hair for over a year now and achieved everything I have wanted, even if it wasn't easy. I always leave feeling great because of her. Prices are comparative to other salons and the service is exceptional.
Worst customer service I reside in California, I called the office to book an appointment five days ahead to have my hair styled to attend a wedding in Boston. I received a confirmation text. When arrived, Kaiti refused to check me in claiming that there is no appointment for me. I showed her the text message, she replied that whoever gave me that appointment made a mistake. Thanks to a lady customer who donated her appointment time for me knowing that I have a wedding to attend. I felt so bad for the lady and very frustrated with way Kaiti handled the situation instead of welcoming a customer who flied 6hrs to pick their store from other stores. I wouldn't recommend this store for their rudness and lack of professionals.
My hair looks amazing after highlights and a cut. The staff is knowledgeable, fun and they listen to you. Kelly is awesome and so is their receptionist Ashley. If you want a salon that puts you first and provides an amazing experience, make an appointment here.
I went in the saloon for a root color and hair cut with the stylist Kati. When i went at home i saw that all the grey hair were not covered and the hair styling was horrible. I called them again and they call in to go to fix them. Again my hair is with gray locks and not fully covered. I paid 125$ without tip for a 2 time color that wasted my time, my money and nothing to satisfaction. Never going again!!!
I have been going to Aura Salon for about 8 years now, ever since moving to Quincy. I work in Boston and used to get my hair done at a place on Newbury Street but wanted to find a place local to my new home. I did a search online, found Aura Salon and made my first appointment. I have never looked back! The staff is talented and professional as well as personable. The products and techniques offered are timely and on trend. I have always had a great experience with both my color and cut. Even if I go in armed with only a couple of pictures on my phone and a vague idea my stylist is able to ask the right questions and lead me to the perfect outcome. Highly recommend!
