They were closing and only had 2 sweet almond pretzels left. At first I was disappointed as I love their salted pretzel with cheese, but thought I'd give it a try. I got the caramel sauce with it and it was really good! Can't wait until next time when I can get a fresh one!!! I have a new favorite - give it a try!!!
Pretzels are stale and rubbery. They mislead customers by posting a small options on the menu and then telling you only the large is available after waiting in line to order. Only reason they stay in business is because there’s a captive hungry group of travelers.
They did not have little hot dogs. I spent 25 minutes in line (only 5 people before me). Every customer was complaining how slow the service was.
To make things worst, I was upset about the trash right under the lady cooking.
The pretzels are good and the people working are super nice I was so unorganized and they understood
The employee I spoke with here is one of the rudest women I have ever come in contact with. I had just had an awful day of traveling, filled with delays and so much more. I hadn't slept properly in days and was exhausted. Even with all of that, I was kind. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you should take it out on others. Pretzels were good, I just probably wouldn't go back to this specific location.
Edit: forgot to mention that they charged me for large nuggets and gave me a small. I didn't care to go back and ask for the large since I didn't want to literally be yelled at again.
Apparently they only accept cash 35 minutes before closing? Seems like the employees are probably stealing, cash transactions make that easier. Anyhow, I should have read these horrible reviews first anyway.
The employees were very VERY rude. They clearly didn't want to be there and acted inconvenienced to be putting a pretzel into a bag and taking my money. I'm shocked. Plus the pretzel was burnt, but there was no way I was subjecting myself to more of their behavior to get a fresh one. All around horrible.
Incredibly rude service. I entered in line and there was one man in front of me ordering and no one behind us. I went right behind him and waited 5 minutes at the same register to be helped. No one helped me. Eventually a lady asked what I was doing. I just wanted to order a pretezel. She told me I was standing at the exit and to get to the back of the line that was now 10 people long. I tried to explain my situation and all she did was give me a lot of sass. I did not have time to deal with her because I was about to miss my flight. All I wanted was a quick bite to eat and instead I got awful customer service. I would not give this company, and especially this stand, ANY money. Go elsewhere for food in this airport if you want to be treated decently.
