Worse place I’ve ever been to get a pedicure. Polish on my toenails looks like a toddler done it. $20 extra for gel polish that literally came off after a shower. Toenails were cut but not filed so they are super sharp on the corners. All the nails are different lengths and shapes. Pedicure chair was not comfortable and the massage was so rough that it hurt. Very outdated. They are friendly but the pedicure was the worse I have ever had.
I was here today, and while I think they did a great pedicure the manicure was def rushed and my nails aren’t even. I wanted to say something but she seemed in such a rush to be done. Kinda frustrated. It wasn’t even closing time.
Horrible experience...I came in to get a fill and pedicure. The woman started on my pedicure and I told her I wanted my nails cut, she then “acts” like she is cutting my nails when I asked to see the clippers so that I could cut them instead AFTER telling her twice that she wasn’t cutting anything. I then ask her was there someone else that could do my pedicure, she then acted like she shook her head no. She then goes over my toes with the cuticle cutters and cuts little chunks of skin out of about three of my toes. When the “pedicure” was over, I asked the woman that sits at the front desk (she was doing another woman’s pedicure beside me) if she could do my fill because I was terrified that the pedicure lady would mess up my fingers as well. She told me yes. When the time comes she starts on my nails by taking the color off and then tells me that the man at the end would finish my nails for me because a woman who had an appointment just showed up late for the appointment and she was going to take her because she had somewhere to be...WOW. She told me to wait for the man and that it would be only 10 mins. It ended up being 30 mins because he already had a customer at his table. When he was done with my nails, I had to come home and file and round my nails because he left them so sharp that you could cut someone’s skin. I used to come to this location 2 years ago when I was here for school and they did a good job, but NOW! I will never come back.
Visited this place with a friend, got the basic pedicure had a good experience, I fell in love with their massage chairs; so relaxing and destressing. Give this place a try you won't regret it.

Worst service experience of my life. My nails looked 100x better when I walked in! I paid for a deluxe Pedi and was not impressed with the service. My fingernails are jagged not cut uniformly and not painted to the edges. I do not recommend this location. The nail primer and top coat should have been discarded long ago. It never should have been pulled out to use on my service today. And they are using uncleanable single use items on multiple customers. Unsanitary.
