I took my Audi for service when the check engine light came on. This is the first and only service department I have found to care about their customers. John is super friendly and kept me updated. They were able to fix some recalls, my check engine light issue, and even filled my washer fluid without me even having to ask. They were up front about prices, worked with my warranty to get things covered, and made an all-around great experience for a stressful situation. When it's time to trade my Audi in I will absolutely purchase from Bob Moore!
I am really happy with my sales executive Darrell and service agent Alexa! They are professionals that make me excited about having an Audi. When I had an issue with my EV car, Alexa made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Darrell always has the best deals which is why I chose him as my agent. Plus he was highly recommended from friends. I am definitely coming back here to purchase/lease my next Audi.

Their service department! Once you buy a car, it’s usually done. I’ve dealt with Audi service in all our moves from Denver to San Jose to San Diego. HANDS DOWN, this has been the best service department. Kyle was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and tried to go above and beyond in every way!
Darrell Jefflo exceeded my expectations. Everything was in order for us to head out straight to the lot. Felt no pressure and the entire process was honest and upfront. Darrell was personable, patient, funny, and respectful. Couldn’t be more thrilled with new Audi, and am in love. We looked at a few cars, then one stopped me in my tracks. We took it for a test drive and wow, is all I can say, it packs a punch in horsepower and handling. This is my first Audi, so it took some getting used, however that doesn’t take away from the pleasant surprise of the performance and handling! Think it’s safe to say, am an officially an Audi fan.
I purchased a car at this dealership recently. The sales team was good, and did a great job. But the person (Jared) I worked with in Finance when buying my car was extremely rude and used very insulting language and tone. I will not engage with this dealership just because of this experience. I feel bad to give this rating, given the sales team did a great job, but unfortunately this is my overall rating given that experience.
Jared McElhany, the finance director at Bob Moore has helped my wife and I numerous times to purchase multiple vehicles. He always works to find us the best possible deals and has made purchasing vehicles at Bob Moore Audi, Cadillac and Porsche easy. We now consider him a wonderful friend and we are happy to be part of the Bob Moore Family!
I enjoy working with Audi of Oklahoma City. Their staff is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They deliver on time. Really liked the video of the work that was done, showing me the additional work that needed to be done. Great company!
We had such a great experience with our last Audi purchase that we have told our friends and neighbors to buy an Audi from here. We also came back to purchase our second Audi from this dealership. Excellent, professional and friendly service every time!
