This was my 1st time meeting Tasha. I set my appointment like she stated and everything was smooth sailing from there. I have been in the area for almost 7 years and I can honestly say, I’ve found my stylist. She is absolutely an amazing woman and I am grateful she was willing to accept me as a new client. I will see her in 2 weeks and every 2 weeks after that❤️
I found this salon on google and i’m so glad I did. Ms. Tasha is excellent at her craft and excellent customer service. Her studio has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere as does she. I got a silk press blowout and am beyond happy with her work. Prices are very fair and affordable. She was very nice to talk to and I never got bored during my session. I would definitely recommend going here to get your hair done.
First time customer: My appointment was a few days ago and I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my hair and the overall experience with Ms. Tasha!! She took the time to properly wash & treat my hair as part of the silk press service. She was very professional and knowledgeable of hair care. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and will definitely be going back!
Terrible shop. This lady has the nastiest attitude I've ever experienced, her shop really matches the name nasty attitude for a nasty lady . Wouldn't recommend take your service else where . Her hair shop needs to be called The Chum Bucket .instead of running your mouth off of hate you need to run a couple laps on the treadmill ???? and it is something wrong with having an attitude when it's as nasty as yours and your wig was a 20$ wig if even that and you need to get your weight together while I'm getting my stuff together oompah loompah have a blessed day boo ????

I’m new to the area so I was unsure where to get my hair done. Being white with extra fine hair many shops wouldn’t even attempt it. Not only did she come in on a normally closed day, she told me to meet her at her shop in 45 mins. Prior to her calling me back right seat, If called many local salons only to be passed around to several different hair dressers that could do my type hair and with it being just a few days before Thanksgiving, that made things even more difficult. By 45 mins from our call, I was in her chair getting the most relaxing hair wash after explaining what I wanted done. Being she’s a full service salon, I was pampered in ways I’d not had before. She was incredibly nice and made it so comfortable for me from jump. We got to know each other; so many hair dressers just talk about stuff but aren’t really listening. She’s engaging, extremely talented, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for all your hair needs! I know I definitely will be seeing her again real soon!!! She’s worth it⭐️????????????????
Second time I went to this place for a ponytail. It was a cut style. It started unraveling from the braid as soon as I got in my car to leave. The first visit was awesome. This next time wasn't so good. So I have to go somewhere else to fix this hot mess on my head. I'm praying I don't lose any of my hair. Now I know why it was only $65. They Bobby pins mid second of my braid was for so called heat to protect my real hair. I think she messed up and tried to fix it. I am not saying people shouldn't come to her because of one bad experience. I will not be returning.
Update...I explained to you that I had a nail appt at 1400 hrs. Why would I even come back to you after this. My review was not dishonest by any means. I never threatened you. However, since you put my mental health out there, you should at least get my diagnoses correct. It's PTSD and Bipolar. As an educator, you shouldn't have private videos shaking your rear end. You never had a problem talking to me after hours. You know that I am particular about my hair. If you seen it wasn't the right color, you should have said something. Anyways,I am not going to continue to go back and forth on here with you. It could determine others from coming to your salon. Yes, I did offer to help you. That's the type of person I am. I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed with you. I bought the hair because I wanted a different color at the end. That was a mistake on my part. If you were selling hair, I would have purchased it from you. Yes, we did share some laughs. I said the experience was awesome the first time. You book by appointment only which is good. Your doing one head at a time. This review is not to troll oror be mean to you. I told you that I don't know that much about weaves. You could have told me that I shouldn't use this color. It would have been helpful. Thank you for responding. This was only an isolated incident. Let's be very clear. I didn't threaten you. If you took that to heart, it was not my intention. You did a fantastic job the first time. I was just disappointed that you didn't correct me on the bad choice I made. I could have went and returned the color. If you thought it wasn't a good idea, then why did you continue? Anyway, I'm done with this conversation. If you want to text me that's fine. I will not continue this banter on a public review. Update #2 I now have to get my hair cut of because of what you did. I have a bird's nest in the back of my head. It was cute at first. Never tell me that my conduct is unbecoming of a Veteran. You only get an attitude when someone posts a negative review. I'm hoping my old stylist will take me to fix this horrible mistake. This conduct was unbecoming of a stylist who is is supposed to care for everyone's hair. The first time I gave five stars. She got that because she slayed my own relaxed hair. I told her the ponytail was cute so I could just get out of there. It looked so ratty after braiding it. She used my own hair to wrap the ponytail tail. I'm not sure if this technique was supposed to be done. I don't like a hole bottle of spritz put on me hair. Then she put a couple slabs of weave in the front which I didn't need. I know all about ponytail on my own hair. But, again I trust her to take good care of my hair. Her conduct was unbecoming of a cosmetologist and an English teacher. I am angry because I have to cut this out of my hair. My good grade of hair is destroyed. I used to have good edges an now I have none. I'm going to have to just shave my head and start over. I have blocked her from all social media platforms. If she was a professional, she would not respond in the manner that she did to the rest of the negative reviews. I should have done my research better. I'm done with stylists that claim they know what they're doing. Watch, she will post her respons as nasty as she can. She offered to fix it. But, why would I come back to the person who destroyed my hair to begin with. It would be that awkward silence.
So this was my very first time getting a silk press I’m natural and my hair is VERY THICK before my appointment I meet with ms Tasha and she explained everything she was going to do to my hair being me not knowing. I came in and immediately felt welcomed the salon is very clean and cute. She was very professional and down to earth which made getting my hair done even better because I was nervous at first, but hunny when I tell u this silk press is slated my hair has never felt this healthy or has been this straight ???? I’m going on the 3rd day now and it looks like I just got it done still. It’s shiny, light and just all around great even considering I feel asleep in the chair she still did an amazing job. First silk press but definitely won’t be the last thank you
