Normally I wouldn’t eat at a strip mall type restaurant. My friend suggested this place. The line was out the door. I will go back again . The food is phenomenal so good! . Very pretty and friendly girl cooks you can watch make your breakfast. Clean restaurant and great service. It’s worth the wait. The coffee is so good. I see this place growing and moving to a different location.

Nestled in a quiet corner off Magnolia in Anaheim, I stumbled upon a hidden breakfast haven – Atticus Cafe. The chilaquiles with steak and red sauce redefine the dish; a champion’s breakfast that demands a pilgrimage to this unassuming spot. Traditionally, I’ve never conquered a full plate of chilequiles elsewhere – the allure waning after a chip or two. At Atticus, I found myself devouring the entire plate, yearning for more.
A side journey into small pancakes reveals a marvel of texture – akin to mochi, light, yet full bodied and satisfying. Atticus, continues to astound me with each bite.
Then enter the hot olla coffee – a masterpiece weaving flavors seamlessly. What were already good dishes ascend to a symphony of culinary fireworks. Atticus, an unassuming find delivering an overaall delicious experience. @atticuscafe_brunch @finchatticus30 #brunch #breakfast
A great cafe hidden in plain sight, camouflaged in between a nail salon and (I think) a laundromat in a strip mall. I knew the name Atticus reminded me of To Kill a Mockingbird, and to my delight, the cafe was loosely literature themed! But also workout themed? Regardless, food and service were phenomenal. The gf was craving a burger and she loved it. I got the vegan breakfast burrito and really liked it as well. Decor and vibe is very much inviting! Will be back if I’m in NW Anaheim again.
Im from Atlanta but I make sure to stop by any time I’m in the vicinity. The food is always amazing. The chef has a lovely energy and puts love in everything she makes. My favorites are the finch burrito, and french toast breakfast, but I’ve never seen anyone I brought displeased with their order either. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!
An absolute hidden gem. Everything was fantastic. This tiny little Cafe is completely hidden in plain sight. Don't Make my mistake and pass it for about 5 years without ever looking at it.
At a quick glance they have a relatively simplistic menu, but everything on it is incredibly enticing and a lot more complicated than what you See you in just a quick look. From the dishes with creative names based off of famous authors, to their healthier options and even the kids menu. You kind of just don't know what to get because it all looks so good.
On our first trip to this place My daughter got the Bukowski combo, which seems simple enough being just eggs bacon and potatoes. However she absolutely loved the way they prepare the potatoes, The crunchy bacon and the selection of wheat toast.
I got the Hemingway brunch sandwich with ham, and a side of potatoes. It's scrambled eggs with cheese ham and what I tasted was mustard but The description says house sauce. Whatever it was it was delicious. It all came together so well on sourdough bread. I also thoroughly enjoyed how they prepare their potatoes.
This is a tiny cafe with very limited seating so they ask for no parties larger than six. Despite being so small, their takeout game is immense. While we were dining I noticed several different patrons who came in, picked up orders, and left. I don't know if they have delivery options or If they work with DoorDash, GrubHub, or Uber eats but it's definitely worth the pickup If you can't get a seat.
We will be working this restaurant into our rotation for weekend breakfast spots. I might even get one of their T-shirts as they sell merch in the back. I like the green one and their restaurant logo almost looks like something you can get tattooed on you. Though I don't think I'd go that far.
This place is easily a 10 out of 10 for brunch spots.
Everything was perfect! Eggs creamy and not over cooked or under cooked, veggies cooked through (not crunchy), potatoes seasoned just right and cooked perfectly (many places undercooked them or deep fry them), pancakes light and flavorful with those crispy edges, coffee piping hot and strong! Heavenly and honestly one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. A place that makes you feel at home, doe not feel greasy or frozen, just fresh and made with passion. A gem!
Wow. Don’t be fooled by the nearby shops and unassuming location. This is surely one of the best breakfast spots in town. The food is made with quality and love and you can taste it. Highly recommend!
Let me tell you about this Tasty little business. The food is delicious & Tasty, the staff is very friendly and helpful. But I give it 4 stars for this reason, it is very small, the maximum in a group is 6 people, so if you wanted to have a pleasant time with people or a large family, that will not be possible, normally due to this issue of the size there is a waiting list, and for this reason you do not taste the food, because if they see that you no longer order anything they leave you the bill, a tactile way of telling you to leave, without telling you, and since there are more people waiting outside, Well, lose the magic of the delicious thing you have eaten, or they will rush you to leave. And the price is a little high, so you can't have breakfast there all week, because it's cheaper to eat at home.
